Strange experience. Went for an appointment with a consultant, picked out the majority of our fixtures and tile, got an estimate, and then zero follow-up. Never got the estimate for the vanity that needed to be priced out separately. Emailed - no response; called and left voicemail - no response. Not in the habit of trying hard to spend thousands of dollars so went elsewhere.

I am writing to explain about a a bad experience I had with Best Pluming & Stone. It is appalling to witness and employee in the name if NICK, of such respected Best Plumbing Tile & Stone to behave in such a matter. I placed the order with Mathew order on a toilet on Dec 31, 2020 stated that the toilet was in stock and my order will be received on Jan5, 2021. I received a call by sales rep name Nick very disrespeful, stated that is not a unusual order a contractor purchasing a toilet for a client. Mind you credit card shipping and billing address both match and was being shipped to the same billing as the card. I was shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way i believe you should be made aware of your employees actions. I trust that this is not the was that Best Plumbing Tile & Stone does business and that you will mention my concern with Nick about the incident. I am open to discussing the matter further and should I hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this from happening to other customers.

I worked with Jenny on our 2 bathrooms remodel. She did a great job with all phases of the project.

Very helpful and lots of nice things on display to look at. We sat with Samantha and she took us through all the options and gave good feedback based on the fixtures she uses in her home and also shared what other customers have said. I gave it 4 stars because we didn't purchase anything yet so let's see how the order and delivery process goes. I recommend this place.

The customer service has been sub par. Firstly, my sales person ordered 3 wrong sinks for our bathrooms initially, and the wrong drain for our master shower. There has been lack of coordination as to when our items have shipped, and biggest issue -- there is terrible communication with the sales team. I have to leave voice messages, emails, etc and never hear back. It is really heard to get ahold of anyone. We're spending thousand and thousands of dollars on plumbing items so this is disappointing.

Absolutely marvelous customer service. Patient, helpful, professional and always with a smile. Excellent ability to help find creative solutions to design dilemmas; they really know their product. Contrary to other reviews I found that the prices were fair especially when taking into account the fact that they stand behind their product and that will not be the case when you purchase at a big box store. Our sales person helped us find cost-savings in making our choices for tub/toilet/sink/vanity/plumbing fittings. In addition, we found that when it came to tile, they were able to provide us with a better product at a better price than other recommended places in the county even though we weren't looking for a luxury product. However we were looking for quality products that will hold up over years of use by our family and we obtained that here.

We are working on upgrading our 5 bathrooms and our contractor recommended “ Best plumbing “ to purchase our products. I went on a Saturday, without realizing how busy it would be (packed with people), We regretted not making an appointment. The store manager Angela was very pleasant and told us we will get helped as soon as a sales associate is available. We were assigned to work with Jenny Jiang. She walked us through the showroom (beautifully Designed) and helped us to start planning our project, explained how to budget the project. she informed us on all the important details that we normally don’t think about. We are so thankful Jenny jiang was able to work with us on such short notice for a larger project and made an appointment for the next meeting with Jenny.

I purchased the entire mater bathroom's fixtures from Scarsdale Best Plumbing. In the past, their store manager and sales representatives were very nice. I placed the orders from them mainly because they were very nice. But in recent a year, they changed the store management and sales representatives, and things have been going down. I have tried to reach out to them for multiple times in the past month via emails and phone calls and tried to get an exchange, which is allowed as stated in the order, and tried to get my products in their warehouse delivered. But I couldn't even get a response from them! That's very disappointing. I was even thinking to buy more, such as shower door, from them, but now I am really hesitating. They really need to do better customer service. Ignoring customer is not the right way to do business.

We used Best Plumbing when we renovated our bathroom 18 years ago. Recently we needed to replace a part and needed the part number. My husband and I were so impressed that Best still had our invoice on file so we could get the part number we needed. We were helped by Anthony who was very efficient and helpful and very willing to help me. He found my old invoice and emailed it to me. The next day I had to call Best again, and spoke to Jenny who was equally as helpful and showed such a wonderful courtesy and patience. I was so impressed with her desire to help me solve my problem. Yes, Best is the best!!

We walked in looking to buy products for our new home and we introduced ourselves to Someone. I understand people get busy and she had a phone call, but if that’s the case, have someone else come up to us to assist us. Given a lot of business, our family to plumbing, but this was the worst experience yet. The way to Win over customers in a competitive market Is separating yourself from others and showing good customer service unfortunately we’re not on your time. We have a time frame Which is short period of time at best plumbing.

I’m leaving this review because I feel that the average review is too low on this place. We’ve visited Best a number of times and they provided materials for a major bathroom renovation. The staff was very helpful and we returned our unused fixtures for a refund, minus a reasonable restocking fee. We even returned a towel rack a year later because we had forgotten about it, with no problem. You may need to wait for assistance if you arrive with no appointment, but they have a list so you can get assistance in order of your arrival. Their selection is really nice and helps you decide what you want for your project. I highly recommend Best.

A few years ago, I wrote a review about Best Plumbing Tile & Stone during the early days of the pandemic. At the time, my wife and I were impressed by the fact that we needed an appointment to visit their showroom to help provide their customers with the safest shopping experiences possible. I’m happy to say that thankfully, Best Plumbing Tile & Stone is now open to the public. However, they are still advising that customers should use their website and make reservations, to insure the best possible service. My wife and I recently made an appointment using Best’s website. The following day we received a call from a representative of the store letting us know that we’d be working with Jenny Jiang for our 1:00 appointment. We were impressed with Jenny’s expertise and found her to be incredibly skilled . Once we showed her our floor plans and explained what we were looking for, she provided us with such exemplary assistance, that our contractor wanted to thank her for her invaluable guidance. After spending a great deal of time looking at faucets and other plumbing fixtures from many manufacturers, we were confident that we had chosen wisely ! Their showroom has such a wonderful selection of everything you could ever dream of adding to your home. I fell in love with the Kohler toilets whose seats automatically open up when you enter the bathroom. Very cool! They also have the most extensive kitchen and bathroom faucets I’ve ever seen in one place. And their prices are unbelievably competitive! I’ll never shop anywhere else!

I recently gutted a small bathroom in my (old) house and did a complete remodel. I worked with Jenny Jiang at Best Plumbing, and found her to be an absolute delight. Generally speaking I am daunted by design, but Jenny made it fun. She is a good listener and caught on right away to the look I wanted for the space. Her design sense and creativity led me to a modern, elegant bathroom - exactly the look I was going for. She is also organized and on top of things. I highly recommend Jenny's work.
