Their roof and gutter division is great, but their backyard and decking division is terrible. They contracted to redo our deck and then broke the contract because the process, which they fully controlled, was taking too long and they refused to refund what we paid them despite them achieving nothing included in the contract.

Segelman Shaw Roofing, Siding & Gutters did a wonderful job with our roof for an affordable price point. Andy was in constant contact answering any questions we had and there was never any doubt about what was going on. We are looking to do our siding next and we’ll be sticking with Segelman Shaw!!!

Finding reliable and dependable company Shaw and I am so that I made the call. The office staff is extremely professional and courteous and always schedule an estimate asap-next day. David always takes his time to conduct his inspection, explains the problem, explains why it is a problem, then tells you how they will repair it. The workers are very experienced and are excellent. They did a flawless replacement of my degraded and damaged soffit and fascia and if I didn’t see them at my home I would have no idea they were there because they cleaned up the whole area. I actually thought my landscapers came. Plus the fact that my home looks so much better was another indication they were there. I highly recommend them.
