Came a day late to even see the damage and was promised an estimate in a few hours. 27 hours later nothing.

do not use these people - paid 60%+ over the "max quote" and they did an awful job... disputed the payment but they are apparently pro's at being con artists.... btw, never once did the owners return my phone calls or emails...

I highly recommend SERVPRO of Mount Vernon they made multiple appointments to fit my schedule and did a great job of cleaning out the apartment.

Servpro of Scarsdale/Mount Vernon is the best around in fire/water cleanup. I wish I had known about them when we had our fire. Hillary is an expert in mold remediation and that is important to me because I prefer to not worry about the health issues that come from having it in my home. Their customer service is top notch and it's a relief to hear a friendly voice on the other end when you're dealing with the stress of cleaning up your damaged property.

ServPro dealt with a huge leak in our basement due to a running toilet and the fail of our ejector pump. A perfect storm! The recommendation came from our household insurance agent. They were professional and very helpful and personable. I recommend them highly.

I called Servpro at 11:00 on a Thursday morning needing an immediate cleaning out of an apartment in White Plains as soon as possible. Within two hours, the company had the insurance certificate to the building superintendent and the company was working on the removal. I would highly recommend this company. Had a pipe break and leak between a ceiling and floor above. This Servepro was great getting the area inspected, remediated and cleaned, and completely repaired (new insulation, wall board, taped, and painted), all on extremely short notice--and right before Thanksgiving! They were very responsive and worked with the insurance company adjuster. They were recommended highly by my plumber and he was right!

I highly recommend using this service!!! I was beside myself to find that my business (self-defense Gym) had flooded over night from a burst pipe. Chris, Kevin, John, and Brandon absolutely came through and to the rescue. I asked the impossible to have the whole place dried and sanitized before our evening class otherwise we were gonna have to cancel on over 50 clients, which would have cost us even more money. This team somehow got the whole job done and for a lower cost than any other company. They took care of every detail and did it with smiles and pleasant attitudes the entire time. Works great with insurance as well. When they say "like it never happened" THEY MEAN IT. I feel so fortunate to have been in their hands and made what was a terrible day into an incredible experience. When disaster strikes you will want to call Chris and his team of super heroes.
