Doesn’t show up. Was stuck in driveway and had to go buy a snowblower. Took money upfront and then doesn’t show up or call or answer his phone and leaves voice mail full. Do not recommend this business to anyone. The one star I gave I wish I didn’t have to give that

Hired this company in November and he's only shown up once. Have had 3 major snow events since January 1 and he has not come to plow our driveway. Doesn't show up as promised. Can't leave voicemail messages because the voice mail box is always full, doesn't respond to emails. Only responds via text messages if we're lucky. Several neighbors of mine hired him and they're all complaining.

Caalled for an estimate person w as here the next day gave estimate and I agreed said it would a couple of weeks fine. 6 weeks later I called. And they said end of week that was 2 weeks ago haven’t heard a word from them. Very disappointed.

Brad was great. I finally got around to calling someone to take down our old, ugly, half dead pine. They were awesome. Made quick work of it and ground both that stump and one other stump I'd requested! Worth the money that's for sure! I'd use them again.

I've had Brad do work on trees around my house a few times. The most recent visit involved cabling a very large Maple tree behind my detached garage. We love the tree, but fear that if it ever fell over, it would take out our garage and part of the house. Brad has the right equipment for the job, and the skill to do job right the first time. The cabling strategy he has is far and away better than any strategy I've seen other tree companies use, and I can't praise his work enough. You'll love working with Brad. He's a true professional.

I don't usually bother writing reviews but Brad definitely deserves kudos for a job well done. I found Arborist Pros through Thumbtack but was disenchanted because the last tree care professional I reached our to prior to Arborist Pros just stopped returning my calls after the initial estimate.

Brad was totally different. He responded to my emails promptly, answered my calls every time, set up an estimate within days of our first contact, at a time convenient for me. Work was completed to my satisfaction 2 days later (today)! And the work was super competitively priced!

I highly recommend Arborist Pros. They were professional, friendly,. I'll be hiring them again.

This company is excellent. If they don't get back to you right away it's because they are so busy cleaning gutters! Be patient and keep contacting them.

Does not return calls. Several promises to "put us on a list and call back" were met with not a single return phone call. Interesting reply from the owner that says I never called. Well my cell phone bill says otherwise. Nice try buddy!

Very dependable and thorough. A human being actually answers the telephone and is almost always available. When not they return calls promptly. Thought businesses like this were a thing of the past. These folks are proof they are not. Highly recommend.
