Excellent work ,technicians very friendly.They got job done right away. I told the main office my radiator was leaking slowly and I was afraid to turn up the heat (the next day the temperature was supposed to drop into the low 40's )she told me she wasn't sure if she could fit me in today.Then she told me to hold on , when she came back she told me she would get me someone in about an hour, and they were here within the hour.Will definitely use them again.

I’ve needed 2 plumbing repairs over the past few months. Everyone from the office staff to the service technicians have been fantastic. The work is excellent, the pricing is fair and they came very quickly. I don’t many of these but they deserve it.

We got quotes from three contractors for our new water heater install. Paul was first to respond, the most professional, provided the fastest quoted install, and (all competitive) least expensive! Don't bother with anyone else.

I had a sudden leak under my sink, I called Paul Yonkers at 4:30 PM, fully expecting not being able to use my sink until the following business day. The person who answered the phone said they would send someone over as soon as a technician became available. Twenty minutes later, they were knocking on my door! Both technicians were courteous and efficient, including running out for a part before the supply store closed for the day. No more leak. Just like that. I will certainly recommend and use them for my plumbing/heating needs again.

We have been using Paul Jonkers Plumbing several times by now and we have always been impressed by the prompt and friendly respond to our phonecall. The appointment was always scheduled within 1 or 2 days (we never needed them in case of an emercency) and they were trying to accommodate our schedule. The plumbers are friendly and happy to answer questions.

This marks my 19th year doing business with this very dependable, very professional home service company. My phone calls are always promptly returned, their response always timely and accurate. Their work flawless. The job is always done to satisfaction. In fact one time they couldn't correct my problem and there was no charge. It was an outside underground issue not within their domain.

You don't keep customers for twenty years by failing to meet their needs.

And,lest I forget, their technicians are always interested, pleasant, and hard working.

Paul Yonkers Plumbing has always come through for us with courtesy and professionalism. We initially used them because the plumber we originally called never responded. They arrived promptly, did everything quickly and efficiently and we've used them ever since.

We recently had a new washing machine installed and the work they did was nothing short of beautiful. I was enormously impressed.

Spent $9,000 to convert my home from oil to gas over the fall. When winter came around the boiler would not heat my home - would stay at 55 degrees. Called numerous times and the owner just claimed he was too busy and always with an attitude (surprisingly he didn’t have that attitude before we paid for the conversion). He sent one of his employees who claimed it was a clogged return line for hot water but that he doesn’t think the owner will want to take the job. What? I’ve tried to call other companies who don’t want to get involved with what they claim is a “faulty installation”. I’ve even visited the office where the owner claimed he’ll send someone to take care of it ASAP when he’s less busy. That was in early January. Since then, we’ve had to endure the winter with practically no heat. We have children, my father underwent a kidney transplant and this is really the last thing we expected after handing over $9,000. We even told him we would pay for the additional service, we just want the house to be properly heated.
The owner hasn’t bothered to follow -up with us. We are trying to determine whether we have some legal recourse or even report it to state licensing agencies. I don’t think is acceptable for companies to act this way. Till then, we have tried to work with other companies to try and fix this issue hopefully for next winter. Be warned

I cannot say enough about Paul Yonkers Plumbing! This father/son business is THE BEST! We moved to the Glen Head area a few years ago and contracted with several plumbers. No one would touch our steam boiler except for them. They have tackled every problem we have had since then. They are the only plumbers we use now. Paul Yonkers Sr. and Paul Yonkers Jr. are so responsive, and their team of plumbers are very experienced and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

We have had several experiences with Paul Yonkers Plumbing and Heating now, and each of them have been fantastic. The most recent experience involved our water heater breaking down. They were busy with other jobs, but made the time to come by to help in our hot water emergency. The problem turned out to be more complicated than originally thought, but they kept with it and ultimately resolved the issue. They were easy to reach during the process, prompt, and they explained everything. Five star service and fair prices. Paul Yonkers is fantastic.

Yesterday’s install of our new indirect water heater, was the continuation of a very pleasurable experience. They were responsive, on time, professional and knowledgeable. These days when you request services from any company, chances are some aspect of the experience will fall short of your expectations. From our initial outreach, to their follow up, to yesterday’s install, we highly and happily recommend Paul Yonkers Plumbing!

I don’t want to even leave 1 star. During a faucet replacement for my bathroom tub, the technician dropped a wrench and put a hole in it. A poor application of silicon was applied and I was give a $100 credit … after spending nearly $1k. An installation for garbage disposal resulted in the technician having to return to attach my dishwasher - and I was charged for that return. 2 years later the bathtub repair came off. After multiple messages and emails, the owner refused to support any further.

It was my first time using Paul Yonkers. I had a wonderful experience. They were very efficient. I had a problem with my boiler system. Within 2 hrs, my heat was up and running. And the boiler is so much quieter. I didn't know it was on, lol!! The following week, I had to call back for a leak from the toilet bowl. I had my bathroom remodeled, and it was still under warranty. I first called the company who remodeled, and they told me it would take 2 days to fix it, and it was not covered under warranty, and the price was seriously ridiculous! Paul Yonkers came back again, fixed the problem, a great price, and in and out in an hr. What I found with this company was honesty and loyalty to their customers. Not just because the price was good, but because they really took the time to investigate and explain and show me what the problem was. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!!!

Paul's Yonkers Plumbing are top-notch professionals. We recently had our water heater upgraded and a new whole-house water filtration system installed. In addition to being reasonably priced, they were fast and took pride in their workmanship. What stood out the most was how they went above and beyond in handling the permitting with the Town of North Hempstead. Thank you, Corinne, Bree, and Paul!

This is the second time in my life that I have written a review. That in itself should tell you how satisfied I am with the service I received from Paul Yonkers Plumbing (PYP). My hot water heater cracked and flooded my basement early one evening. Paul was quick to respond and explained in details the process to complete the job. His pricing was fair as opposed to another plumber who saw my desperation and provided a quote that was practically twice the amount that PYP charged. Installation was a challenge due to limited space but the technicians were patient and professional. I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years and have to say that Paul Yonkers Plumbing is one of the better ones.

Tyrese handled my shower install. Arrived on time surveyed the scene and went to work . He answered all my questions was professional, neat and clean. He confirmed he would be back to check and finish the drain.
