Greenfield went above and beyond to take care of a broken pipe and a leaking boiler, while keeping my house warm enough for other pipes not to freeze. I've been using them as my plumbers since 1998, but this time around was particularly impressive.

I called in an emergency on Saturday afternoon with a broken boiler and no heat. The Technician was there within the hour and diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes. Unfortunately the replacement part was not readily available but they sourced it on Monday and everything was fixed by Tuesday noon. Great service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Called on Monday that my AC wasn’t working properly and they were at my house 10am on Tuesday. Got it working and were helpful with figuring out next steps for a new one. Would highly recommend to anyone needing service!

We had a home warranty company, and the service was arranged through them. We had had a problem with the toilet for several months and the prior company was not able to fix it. Greenfield showed up and identified the problem and replaced some parts in hopes that it fix the problem. They likely would’ve replaced the entire toilet from the beginning, but with those home warranty services stay for them to trial alternatives rather than authorizing the Replacement. It worked for a while and then, after it stopped working, then they replaced the entire toilet for us. They were timely, professional, and friendly, and Carlos Silva went out of this way to personally communicate, and ensure that the installation was handled. Highly recommend their services!

We have relied on Greenfield several times in the past few years, both on small urgent repairs and larger jobs. They are reliable, straightforward, and most importantly they do top quality work with care and efficiency. Today Mike and Eddie arrived on time, made necessary emergency repairs, told us we didn't need an expensive repair, and specced out some work we will be doing with them shortly. What a pleasure to deal with a company that deals with modern plumbing issues with old-school small company attention and values.

We live in an old home and have had to call Greenfield for a variety of reasons big (hot water heater replacement) and small (leaky radiator piping) over the last few months. They have always been very responsive, easy to work with, and done solid work. Would strongly recommend.
