62 $ part 804$ bill a complete theif . Wasted at least 3 hours doing nothing. Took 1 hour back to shop for Basic part. Never use this company. His brother came later and tryed to sell me 25k for new unit and would not let up with the sales pitch. He took 1 hour to remove a screw Truth . Bad news all around. This was for a ignitor for boiler. Guess he thinks it's ok to price gouge during Coroma virus .

Do NOT use this person. Tom is a thief. For 2 hrs of work he charged me $800. He had mentioned that it was a complicated job. And turned out to be complete in 2 hrs.

I reiterate, DO NOT use this person for your heating or plumbing needs.

We've relied on Tom Massaro and Action Plumbing for over 25 years. They continue to be responsive, professional and extremely competent. Their expertise is worth every penny.

Firsr off Action stole parts from a shower kit that we purchased and told us we needed to order the parts since they were "missing." We called the company and had them send out the missing pieces and ordered an additional separately as well since they were back ordered, therefore 2 missing pieces were ordered. Coincidentally both orders came in at the same time so the plan was to retun the other. Once Action Plumbing came to install the shower they were told to use one of the kits since they both had the same piece and not open the other as they both had the same pieces as one was to be returned. They opened both boxes and didn't say anything then when questioned they said one of the parts fits better than the other. I asked why didn't they mention that before and they couldn't give an answer. I then asked where is the part that didn't fit and they said they have it. They stole it and when confronted said they would return it. I do not recommend thieves working in your home or place of business.
I called and spoke with TOM the owner about the incident and found out it was his brother Jon that did the work and all he did was defend his brother for stealing the parts and said he returned them so its not stealing. Why return it if it wasn't stolen??? He claimed they cleaned up and took the extra pieces, but yet those were the same pieces we ordered when they claimed the pieces were initially missing from the box.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

Action Plumbing recently installed a Navien tankless water heater and did an outstanding job. Their workmanship is of the highest quality. We have been using Action Plumbing for 30 years and have been extremely pleased with their work. They are highly professional, prompt, skilled, and courteous.

I have been using Action Plumbing for years. I can't say enough how great they are. They are very professional, they are very clean and they seem to be able to fix anything.

My family is so thankful to have gotten in touch with Action Plumbing. In the past, they’ve worked diligently to fix plumbing situations with amazing service! Recently after the flooding they also did more serious repairs for us. They rushed over to provide us with service and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them.

I called in the morning and they set up an appointment for 3:30. Quinn and another worker who was outside did a great job. My outside faucet froze and was leaking. They replaced the copper pipe and the outside faucet. A shut off was installed inside. I am very happy with their quick response and top of the line work.

Woke up to find that out hot water heater was leaking. Called Tom at Action plumbing and explained our situation. They were here in less then an hour installing a new hot water heater. Very professional and accommodating. This is the 2nd time I’ve needed Action Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again. Great solid work and would recommend them to anyone.

I've used them twice so far, to remove and replace a ridiculous under sink water filtration system one of the big plumbing companies sold me and remove a utility sink and cap the pipes behind the sheet rock. They were fantastic, knew what I wanted and got it done quickly and perfectly and an incredibly reasonable price. One time and even called to say they had an earlier opening. My plumbers for life!!!
