The team at this home services company gets things done. They're helpful from start to finish, whether it's customer service or the actual installation. In our case, they installed three split units in our Manhattan apartment building and kept us in the loop throughout. One minor snag arose with Google Nest integration, but they sorted it out and suggested an alternative solution - the Mitsubishi Comfort App - which has been working fine so far. Overall, a smooth experience despite some initial hiccups.
