Met Sam while he was doing work for a neighbor.Hired him that same day to do painting in my home.He did a Great Job! Showed up each morning as promised at 8:30.He is friendly and each day when he was done for the day,he cleaned up! After 4 days the job was complete and it looks GEOURGEOUS! I would absolutely recommend him to everyone!

Sam was very profession, reliable, honest and prompt. Him and his crew have good work ethics. They start working early and Sam is physically there until the work is completed. I always have a fear of contractors who start working and took forever to complete it, holding your work hostage, but not with Sam. He sets a date and estimated completion time and sticks to it. He is very reliable. He consults with you all the step of the way to make sure you are fully satisfied. Sam gave me the best deal out of 6 other estimates. I inspected the work done this morning and was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Top Zone Builders.

I had paid another company a deposit, who I will not name, on May 11,2024 and my start time kept getting pushed back. After another push back I cancelled my service, and did a google search and found Top Zone Builders. I called the number on Friday June 7th, and the same day Sam came out to see the space. We discussed the plan and he told me he could begin working on Monday. By the time I reached the home Monday morning, Sam and his team had already begun the demolition work. I was thoroughly surprised but when someone says they are ready to work, believe them. Within a weeks time, the job was complete. They did an exceptional job. The team was punctual, efficient, and maintained a clean worksite throughout. Their precision and attention to detail were outstanding, resulting in a flawless finish. I highly recommend Top Zone Builders for their professionalism and excellent workmanship. If i could give them 100/10 I would.

I had my sidewalk and curb replaced in response to a city violation. I got quotes from four different contractors. Top Zone Builders was the most affordable. Sam and his crew came early in the morning and worked all day. They finished my sidewalk and the curb in one day. It looks great and the price was exactly what was quoted to me. They cleaned up beautifully and took care of the permit and violation. I highly recommend them I will use them again when it's time to replace my walkways.
