For example, an initial time was changed from 10am to 10:30am, and when I arrived, no one was present. When I called the supplier, they estimated another 20 minutes would pass - which seemed like a stretch. Given their inability to manage simple appointments and reliable staff, I wouldn't recommend using them.

This company is completely untrustworthy and utterly unreliable. They messed up multiple parts of the agreement, but instead of fixing it, they offered a meager store credit. No refunds were given, making them completely unworthy of your business.

They don't follow electrical code during installations. I spoke on the phone, sent pictures, and was told they'd look into it. However, when I tried to follow up, I was asked to send more photos and a written explanation from my electrician. After that, no one would return my calls until one day someone must have picked up by mistake because I was told to call back quickly, but nothing's been heard since.

My electrician discovered a problem while adding a breaker - two units aren't grounded due to improper installation. They also just put a conduit in the outdoor disconnect without proper waterproofing. If you notice this and an issue arises, be aware that insurance companies won't pay out claims because of their sloppy work.
