The whole team at George's sewer has been amazing over the years. They have serviced my families rental properties for over 10 years and have always been reliable & helpful & able to resolve even the most difficult situations.

Fast and professional service with a reasonable price.

I called George's for a leaky tub. The guy that came was so inexperienced that he needed my help with figuring out how to unscrew the valves. Once I unscrewed them for him he agreed with me that this was the problem but that he couldn't fix them. He then proceeded to charge me for the visit.

When I called George to complain I proceeded to be cursed out and told to go to hell.

Not only are they clueless they are also unprofessional, greedy and plain terrible to deal with. I highly recommend that future customers look elsewhere for service.

Ive used so many different plumbing services in the past and have always been less than satisfied. That was until i called georges sewer service and the pleasure of meeting Gus! Let me tell you, he really knew his stuff! Not only did he find the issue causing my constant back ups, he also walked me through the whole process and showed me everything that he was doing! There were no hidden fees or charges that we're unexpected and i really appreciated being shown exactly what was happening within my house. I will deff only be using Gus as a plumber from now on!!!

A man named Gus came to fix my clogged toilet and he Was quick, helpful, and super polite! The best part was that he was on time! Flooding Because Of Terrible Work
A few weeks after George’s Drain service cleared our main drain there was a very heavy rain. Both 4 inch plugs on the main drain popped, and the entire basement was flooded with 4 inches of water. The plugs were NOT put back right. I recall the service man giving the two plugs a couple of light taps, not enough to make a seal. I was distracted by haggling with George over what was part of the job. Six thousand dollars + many important things were lost because of water damage. I remembered with little effort the servicemen could have put the caps back on the drain properly. When I emailed the company and asked what their guarantee policy was, they never returned the message.

George’s service was OUTSTANDING ! I have a rental property in Brooklyn and I live in South NJ. George’s company was recommended and they were so professional and did a great job at my rental property. They arrived quickly and The technician called me and explained the problem. I've had excellent experiences with George's Drain Cleaning. I've now scheduled them to come 3x a year to my residential house. Highly recommended. They're professional, do the job right, the price is fair and they're very responsive. I made the mistake of not cleaning my drains more frequently. When I had flooding, they came within two hours and hopefully fixed the issue. They're great!
