Pinnacle Lawn Service

I’ve been using Pinnacle for 4 to 5 years, and my lawn has steadily declined every single season under their care. Now it’s early spring, and somehow every other lawn on my street is already coming in green except mine.

At this point, it’s not bad luck or a dry summer, it’s a pattern. Each year I chalk it up to tough weather or bad luck, but that excuse only goes so far. If it was tough weather last year, then why are my neighbors’ lawns bouncing back just fine while mine continues to struggle? Their yards still look a million times better than mine. The pictures speak for themselves.

Many of them use different companies or no service at all, and their yards still look better than mine. The only consistent difference is Pinnacle.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Not once has anyone knocked on my door to acknowledge the decline or suggest a solution. No recommendations, no adjustments, no effort to actually improve the situation. Just quick visits, in and out in ten minutes, with no visible care or attention.

At this point, it feels like I’ve been paying for a service that has actively made my lawn worse year after year. What used to be a lush, healthy yard is now one of the worst on the block. That’s unacceptable.

If you’re considering Pinnacle, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless you’re okay watching your lawn decline while nothing changes.

Very bad experience with Pinnacle lawn service. They will over bill on quoted price for service and will get burned trails everywhere on your lawn even if you water the lawn every day. I was told by many people not to use Pinnacle and very sorry I should have listened.
