HVAC reviews in Springfield Gardens, New York

Great plumber love his work

They installed my ac
Friendly and courteous
The hose connection was short and they used some of my old one so it could work.
Thanks

i hired these guys for some boiler work and reconnecting a gas line. We hit some snags in the project but they stayed until we figured it out. I was very impressed with their professionalism and manners. Although the price they quoted me was a little higher than my normal boiler service, they showed on time (unlike my usual guy), and didn't charge extra even though the work turned out to be more involved than any of us originally thought. These guys are my new boiler service and i would recommend them if you want a full on professional group of techs. Nice to feel that I got a good deal and solid work done. I'm very pleased. Good job all around.

As part of the NYC Get Cool Program for seniors- my mom get a free air conditioner installed by Samuel and Sons. Daniel (father) made the installation happen for me the next day to coordinate with me being present to help translate for my mom. His son (another Daniel) and Juwanna came to install. They were patient in waiting for me to arrive and installed the AC within 30 minutes. Professional, courteous, efficient- I would definitely recommend their services. I was their 12th air conditioner installed today, and they had already been to 2 other boroughs. I only wish they chatted with me a little more when installing. Other than that, they are perfect and will not disappoint.

They did a great job, showing up on time with clean results at a reasonable cost.

The technician was prompt in response and extremely accommodating. Their professionalism and customer service exceeded expectations.

A top-notch technician who delivers exactly what they promise - thorough work done right, without any shortcuts or hidden extras. Be prepared for quality service, not cheap tricks.

Roland is straightforward, trustworthy, and delivers top-notch work. I'm extremely satisfied with his professionalism and reliability. Highly recommended.

North Pole Air Inc. did a great job replacing two central air units and two water tanks. The work was halted, but the gear was first-rate. They'll get my recommendation for their high standards.

This company shows expertise in their field, and I'd definitely endorse them.
Their representative, Roland, comes across as genuinely truthful and dedicated to his work.

Rolland exceeded expectations - a rare find these days. A seasoned professional who shows up on time, gets the job done efficiently, and keeps his commitments. What's impressive is how he delivers quality work while remaining transparent about what's happening. This installation was one of the most satisfying experiences I've had in my home, surpassing many other projects.
