Friday night and I had water spewing out of pipes in basement. Phone call to Oakley Reding and Keith was at the house in 30 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable and everything was fixed at a very reasonable cost. Definitely a company I will promote to family and friends!

Main water pipe burst in our basement the prior night causing us to have to shut off the main water line and shut down our furnace. Reding came the next day and quickly repaired everything at a great cost. Would highly recommend. Came back out a separate time to fix a leaky drain line in our 2nd story bathtub. They were quick, thorough, and at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend x2.

They did an amazing job, kept a clean working environment very professional and courteous! Explained function of system in understandable terms, checked to make sure that the system was working properly and water was flowing!!

Dealing with Reding Inc has been Great experience. My old troublesome boiler decided to quit during a very cold February. I called Reding Inc and they came that day and diagnosed the issue. I decided to part ways with my old boiler and have a new one installed. Within an hour, they had given me a quote and scheduled an installation time. The installation went smoothly, and the technician was knowledgeable and cleaned up the area after he finished. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

He diagnosed and fixed our HVAC issue quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s always nice to find someone who’s both skilled and genuinely pleasant to work with. Had my first visit today from Reding, and had my thermocouple replaced on my boiler and some maintenance. His explanations proved how knowledgeable he was when he was working on it. It was the first time I felt comfortable having someone look at my boiler. I can't wait to setup a contract with them to come out yearly for service.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Reding Inc. We have worked with Mark, who was absolutely wonderful to more recently Jacob. Mark thoroughly inspected our furnace and a/c unit. We recently had an issue with our hot water tank and Jacob came out first thing the next morning and addressed the issue, was extremely professional, kind and patient with all of my questions, and explained everything so I could understand. He eased our minds and offered cost effective solutions. They have life long customers in us!

He was very knowledgeable in explaining how your rewards program works regarding my furnace & air conditioner; and upon my request, told me a little about the history of your business. Caleb and Owen did an amazing job on our mini split system install. They were very professional, efficient, arrived promptly each morning and stayed late to get job complete in 2 days. I would definitely recommend Reding Heating and Cooling to family and friends.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The tech team of Sean and Rich who did the installation were professional and courteous. Answered any questions I had. They made sure I was happy with everything. Very pleased and I don't please easily. I would recommend this company.

Reding Inc. The guys that came to install the new furnace were amazing, the guy that came out the night before to check the old furnace was amazing. Great staff. They even humored my dog with some pats on the head 🤣. I have heat again!! Pleasantly happy and nicely warm!!

Reding did a fantastic job at my home in Arcade. They replaced my hot water heater and upgraded my outdated electric panel to modern technology. Jacob came out first to do the diagnosis and estimate for the hot water, which was very clear and helpful. Keith & Isaiah handled the electric panel replacement, and Caleb & Owen took care of the hot water install — all of them were professional, efficient, and great to work with.

It’s not easy finding a local company you can truly rely on, but Reding delivered from start to finish. Highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC or electrical work done!

Had an air conditioner installed and the process was fantastic. Scott and his team were extremely professional. It wasn’t an easy job with a pitched roof where the equipment was to be installed but they did it and they were very thorough in making sure it was all done perfectly. Highly recommend Scott and his team.

Service was unbelievable these guys came out twice in three days to make sure I had heat For Super Bowl weekend and also identified a bunch of things that can be done better. So glad I signed up for their membership. Special thanks to Derek, MIKE and Jacob.!!!!

Sean and Owen did a great job on our AC install. They communicated when they were arriving/what they were doing well with us. They answered any questions we had, and were very knowledgeable and professional. Reding was competitively priced among other competitors in the area, and the first yearly maintenance is included with install. Would absolutely recommend Reding to others!!

I have the highest praise for all parts of the Reding experience. Excellent customer service when I call, prompt and accurate technician visits, knowledgeable and capable technicians, and no surprises. Jacob was especially helpful in testing and adjusting the A/C unit today. Highly recommend!

Mike actually arrived a bit before the appointment time, which for me was perfect. Called ahead to make sure it was OK. Very professional and nice. Figured out the problem quickly and explained it well. Had to order a part so had to make a second trip for replacement. All in all was a very good choice to go with this company and very happy with the service their tech, Mike, provided.

We had a new furnace installed on new years eve day 2025. The men were absolutely amazing, very professional and worked for a full day and never showed a sign of having a long day. Brian the sales representative stopped by and also observed the amazing work they did and apologized for a long day which I thought was amazing and it was no need to apologize. Things happen which are out there control. Highly recommend them!

Jordan installed a new smart Honeywell thermostat for us so we can better manage our heating and cooling systems for our Airbnb from anywhere. Our previous smart thermostat was causing errors and messing with our system.

It really pays to work with people with good knowledge of the industry and Jordan was just that!
