I had a decent experience so far. My fiancé called to book an appointment for furnace repair, which was scheduled for next week evening. She spoke with Rob, who seemed very accommodating over the phone. The location is conveniently close to my home, but I'll wait and see how it plays out before updating this review. As things stand, everything looks good.

I was impressed by his attention to detail, cleanliness, and respect for my home. He also gave us a detailed receipt of services performed. My fiancé and I are thrilled with the work done, and we wanted to express our satisfaction in a review. S&D offered a more competitive quote and top-notch service over my previous HVAC company. They fixed the leaky air handler coil at a lower cost and went above and beyond by inspecting for other potential issues. I'm already planning to hire them again.

Shawn and his team did a great job installing two PTAC units with heat pump tech. When one developed a leak, Shawn handled it by taking it back to the manufacturer and getting it fixed. I found Rob through a Google search, which was a lifesaver since my boiler stopped working the night before and my hot water ran out the next morning. Unprofessional service from this company. They failed to notify me of schedule changes, leading to a missed appointment with no communication about why the contractor wasn't showing up. The quote was incorrect and they didn't return my down payment after promised. Poor customer care from Ronaldo Colandrea and Javi, who left me in the dark throughout the process.
