Unprofessional service from this company. They failed to notify me of schedule changes, leading to a missed appointment with no communication about why the contractor wasn't showing up. The quote was incorrect and they didn't return my down payment after promised. Poor customer care from Ronaldo Colandrea and Javi, who left me in the dark throughout the process.
