Although the technician came back to our house 4X to fix the same problem, which we did appreciate, on the last visit he left the house before turning the refrigerator and freezer cooling back on (we didn't realize it until almost a day later). Did you ever try to turn on or off the cooling on a Kitchen Aid refrigerator? He ruined hundreds of dollars of food by failing to turn the unit back on (stupid rushed mistake on the technician's part). The people at customer service send you text messages, but don't respond when you text back to them. Inconsistently well intentioned, but they make mistakes and the customer service is non-existent. There has to be better alternatives than this company.

If you ever have any issues with any of your appliances at home, this is the place to call. Not only are they super fast, professional, and extremely knowledgeable once they do something for you, you can rest assured it will be fixed! Best appliance repair company out there highly recommended for those oh no moments.

Their customer service was excellent. The representative I spoke with was friendly and responded quickly. The technician is also very friendly and easy to communicate with. They came on time and helped with my issue.
