Enmanuel Construction provided great services and repairs. They recently completed concrete work on time and left the areas cleaned when done. It is good finding a family company. Mr. Angel and his daughter were very pleasant when communicating.

Extreme Disappointed- Poor Quality Work and Materials:
I hired this contractor to redo my driveway less than 18 months ago, and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. The materials used were clearly low quality, as my driveway has already begun to show serious damage and wear. What should have lasted for years is now cracking and deteriorating quickly.

I trusted this contractor to do a professional job, but instead, I was left with subpar work and costly repairs just over a year later. I strongly urge potential customers to be cautious before hiring this contractor. The work may look fine at first, but it won’t last. I regret not doing more research before choosing this company.
The damage it’s shows in the pictures is all over my driveway.

It was a great fortune to have chosen this company for our driveway expansion, new side walk and planting around the house. They followed the Architect's instructions perfectly. The Building department thoroughly checked the retaining walls. Everything was approved. Thanks to Mr. Angel, his wife and daughter Rocio, they were always there every day during the 3 weeks that the job lasted. And their employees are very professional, hard workers and friendly. I have never seen them rent machinery without the owners of the entire property. We definitely recommend this company. Thanks Mr Angel and Crew.

Please be warned: I do not recommend using Emanuel Construction for any interior work. If you do choose to work with them, make sure every single detail is clearly written into the contract, because they will make a lot of verbal promises they won’t deliver on.

I hired them to renovate my bathroom, and unfortunately, they handled things carelessly—they broke my bathroom glass and damaged the hardware due to lack of protection and proper handling. It’s disappointing to pay for a job and end up with more problems.

On the exterior side, while the painting and concrete work was done decently, they left a large amount of debris behind, which I now have to clean up myself.

I won’t be using them again. This experience was frustrating and far from professional.

There are not enough words to describe how happy we are with the work done by Emanuel Construction!! They replaced our front steps and made them better than ever! They work very hard and it truly shows in their beautiful work. Before and after pics are attached. Thank you to Angel, Rocio and their amazing team for making our steps safer.

Hired them to power wash all around the house and wash all the windows around. Did a good job with power washing. Did not do a good job, not even a reasonable job with windows. When I complained, he said he would return with ladders to finish the job. He never returned nor did he return my calls or emails. He was fully paid in cash.

Professional and great service from Elvis and his team. They power washed the entire property and now the house looks brand new! Going to use them again for next year!!! Call and ask for Elvis you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent service. SI Contracting did power washing and re-sanding for all my pavers in the front, driveway, and backyard. They moved all the furniture and put it back and charged a reasonable price. I have used them multiple times and recommend them.
