Contractors beware. Ive been conducting business as a "vendor" for Abco for a few years now. A core value of a successful company comes from maintaining relationships... This company has lost its ways with neglecting their relationships with their vendors. We have been attempting to collect on a work order performed for this company for over 5 MONTHS now. It's only over $600 at this point. No one can somehow resolve this issue and we keep on getting the run around from different staff members. I strongly recommend being cautious conducting business with this company.

Contractors Beware – Non-Payment Alert

We had a verbal agreement via phone that this company would pay our standard trip/diagnostic fee of $120.00 after we arrived on site to review their work orders. I made it very clear to the dispatcher: “If you email me the work orders, I will process that as agreement to pay the fee after we diagnose the problems.”

She sent the work orders, and we dispatched in good faith. Since then, I have spoken with multiple people from their office. None of them acknowledge the agreement.

Invoice: $120.00 (diagnostic fee)

Status: Over a month past due

Invoice viewed: 52 times with the last view on 8/5/25

Payment: Still not made

This company does not honor verbal agreements and has failed to pay even a minimal service fee that they expressly agreed to. Proceed with caution before committing resources to their work orders.

He was wonderful. Cleaned up when the Job was done and checked to make sure we were satisfied with the end result.
