Tim is an excellent plumber and electrician. He replaced our water heater quickly at a reasonable rate. He also gave us great advice on our dishwasher selection: because we have granite countertops, we decided to go with a countertop dishwasher to prevent them from cracking as might had been the case, if we had chosen a traditional dishwasher. Also, when we discovered that the valves under our kitchen sink were broken, he came the next day and replaced them and installed the new faucet that had the auxiliary hook up for the dishwasher.

I hired Prowins Construction to cut down 3 trees and repair the rotten wooden stairs in my backyard. Tim arrived on time, and did a great job with both. The stairs and hand rail are now sturdy, and the thorny trees were cut down with care, and were prepared for removal. I found Tim to be friendly and knowledgeable, and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for future jobs.

Tim is an excellent electrician, very professional, friendly and respectful of home and property. I highly recommend him especially since we’ll be using another job👍🏾

I recently had a tenant move out and needed to get the condo ready for the next tenant. A lot of work was needed, including flooring, changing screen door, electrical work , repairing broken door, blocked drainage, changing locks, patching ceiling hole and then painting and finishing it… you name it. Tim did all within 3 days!!. Tim was very professional and efficient. He knows his work and is very trustworthy. His charges are also reasonable. I would recommend him without any hesitation. He Is very easy to work with and really available by both call and text.

I have had a lot of folks come do work in the past, but finding a team which is not just out to make a buck on their customer is rare.
