This review is not as a casual customer, but as a disabled tenant forced into advocacy due to repeated violations of ADA standards, safety codes, & contractual obligations by Quality Construction & its representative.

Despite providing clear documentation & filing formal complaints, they failed to complete timely, competent, or code-compliant repairs. Their conduct was marked by delays, deflections, & disregard for the harm caused. Approved work items were ignored or selectively addressed, prolonging unsafe conditions & compounding damage. Instead of resolving all issues simultaneously they attempted to phase remediation, further jeopardizing my health, safety, dignity & time.

Worse yet, communication was evasive & inconsistent, often misrepresenting progress. When confronted the response was defensive. While they attempted to fix the problems, the work was not completed properly & required multiple attempts, wasting time, energy, & resources, revealing a subpar standard of workmanship that demanded constant touch-ups.

Do you prefer something done once correctly, or repeatedly, with no lasting resolution? This is not just poor service; it reflects systemic negligence & a failure to meet legal & professional standards.

To property owners, tenants, or agencies considering Quality Construction: demand full transparency, enforceable timelines, & documented compliance from the outset. If you are disabled or vulnerable, proceed with extreme caution. Their practices show a troubling disregard for legal obligations & human impact.

I will continue to pursue full restoration & accountability through all available legal & regulatory channels. This review is part of that record.
