Felix was recommended to me by a really good friend of mine that uses him as well. He is very professional and he takes pride in the work that he does. He has replaced all of my ceiling fans in my house, has done GFCI outlet replacements, tightening of my banister railing and some other general repairs. His pricing was great and he goes the extra mile. He's very personable and trustworthy. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a handy man.

We used the company to renovate our kitchen. (8/2018) Our biggest problem began 2 months after project ended. (11/2018) Tile floor had issues. Cracking tiles and grout falling out. It took several weeks for owner to return after much back and forth. (mid 2/2019) After getting other opinions, the floor needs to be redone. LESS THAN A YEAR (9 months). I asked company to at least offer some refund for floor but after several days, have not heard back. (4/18/2019)
I lost faith in company to allow them to do it again. Elite offered to redo floor, but why would I allow that since it wasn't done proper by them to begin with.

Good afternoon my name is Javel Mcknight I moved to Staten Island in 2023 Mr. Tim has been my electrician since then and what I could say about him and is that he's very thorough he gets the job done. He won't leave until everything is working to his satisfaction. He's a great electrician but he's even a greater person! I recommend him highly!!! If you need work done and you would like a professional in your house and someone that knows how to treat you thank you.

Still the top choice for island services.

    Everything was spotless and organized.

We prefer Lowe's for similar services, as their customer support is better and prices are more competitive. Installation times were lengthy and we never received a follow-up from the company after completion.

This place is severely understaffed and has let me down time and time again. Their lack of transparency when providing quotes makes it hard to trust them, leading to a frustrating experience overall.

I've had a disastrous experience with this location's hardwood flooring. In late May, I ordered special-order flooring that was supposed to arrive within the week. However, not only did I not receive a call as promised, but subsequent calls revealed a series of broken promises about delivery times.

When I called again on June 9th, I was told that my order had finally arrived, but I needed to wait until the next morning for confirmation. The following day, I received another call saying that my order had been delivered the night before and was ready for pickup. But when I arrived to collect it, I was informed that the order wasn't there - supposedly because the supplier had given me incorrect information about delivery.

The supplier's phone number didn't exist, so how could they have communicated with me? This whole situation was absurd, and I felt forced to cancel a scheduled installation on June 10th. To make matters worse, when I finally received another call saying my order had magically arrived, we went to pick it up only to find that the wrong type of wood had been ordered.

The sales associate claimed it was still acceptable, but I paid for what I wanted and expected - not some substitute material. By then, I'd already fallen a month behind schedule on this project, with no one taking responsibility or offering any solution. When I called again to inquire about the correct wood, I was told that my order hadn't arrived.

After holding for an hour, I finally spoke with a supervisor who promised to call me back. However, when I received another call saying my order was in the store, I was outraged - it sounded like they were playing games. The supervisor offered me free delivery of my actual order as compensation, but that's not enough.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this experience, and I plan to escalate my complaint. What I paid for was over $2000 worth of materials, and no one seems to care about the inconvenience or financial loss I've suffered.

I've been waiting over a year for someone to fix my broken window, which is still under warranty. Despite multiple conversations with these guys, they repeatedly claim they don't have a technician nearby without ever following up on their promises or returning a call. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
