I called Prime and asked for a quote to install a chandelier for me. Gus got back to me right away with the quote. He came to my house and did a phenomenal job from start to finish they were very thorough and left the space cleaner then when they got here !

Excellent electrician. Very responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. Came through for me in an emergency and quickly got everything sorted. I would absolutely call him again and recommend him to anyone.

It turned out the problem was actually with Con Edison, and Gus was honest about that instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. I had the pleasure of working with Prime Electric earlier this week when I needed help with a hot socket issue. They were professional, efficient, and great at communication. I did not have much understanding of the issue I needed fixed and they described the problem to me well. I was assured that the issue would be fixed as quickly as possible. This was true as the issue was fixed within two days of the initial evaluation. The quality of work was amazing and professional.
