We used Rocco’s this summer (2023) to simply mow our lawn 3 times a month. Everything was fine until we got back from vacation and noticed the lawn was severely overgrown which meant hadn’t been mown in 20 days. We called to make sure they didn’t forget us. Well, the guy on the phone who refused to give his name, I think it was the owner Anthony… he said “no no no I have it down as the guys came on the 14th so you have two cuts already this month we’re not coming until the end of the month”. We checked our cameras two days before and two days after the 14th, nobody mowed the lawn. Clearly a mistake on their end. We kindly stated to him that nobody came, they made a mistake and it’s ok, and if they could come and mow it that’s fine, but if not, just don’t charge us for the phantom cut and we’ll see you at the end of the month. Again, the man said “No, I have you down for two cuts, you’re not getting another one until the end of the month”. So we said ok that’s fine we’ll see you at the end of the month, don’t charge us for the second cut then whatever… Again, he said no, I have you down on my pad as two cuts already, it’s your mistake and it’s not our problem, and got nasty over the phone. So we just said “ok forget it just don’t come anymore, we’ll use someone else”. His response was “Ya well we don’t wanna cut your f$&king grass anyway”, called my wife a moron, then hung up. That’s how the owner of this business deals with a customer issue- by not doing his due diligence to address the issue, not owning up to a mistake, and telling the customer to basically go f$&k themself.

That’s what you can expect if you use Rocco’s Landscaping.

The kicker is that after all that, the workers came later that day (8 hours later) to perform the second cut. Clear screw up on his part. Not to mention he obviously didn’t even tell his workers that the customer cancelled service.

Do yourself a favor and don’t use this “business”, if you could even call it that.

Using for snow removal, they do a good job.

The absolute best company to trust with your renovation project.. big or small i will never use anyone else! Everything is perfect, done on time, trustworthy, answered every question and became family. thanks is not enough.

Obtained an estimate from the owner Aaron. He tried to blackmail me to use him. Had to take him to court for a cease and desist order. Save yourself the agrrevation and find someone reputable and reliable. If dishonest is what you want he is your man.

Wonderful experience with Casey from Cee Jay’s from start to finish with garden landscaping. He was very helpful with the whole planning process. He is professional, an expert in landscaping design, reliable and very personable. I have received a lot of compliments on the finished work! I highly recommend this company! They will not disappoint!

Choosing a contractor is pretty stressful, wondering if they will complete the job or stick to schedule. I was very impressed with Contracting Boss (Kurt Nesimi) work in the neighborhood and decided to go with them for two bathroom renovations, including a tub-to-walk-in shower conversion.
Kurt has an incredible crew - from his electric engineer, tile work professionals, plumbers, painters and his assistants, each one showed up on time and stayed on schedule.
From our first communication, price quote to suggestions for tile work, he was calm and wanted the best for his customer.
The shower conversion was especially impressive. They transformed an outdated tub into a beautiful, modern stand-up shower that not only looks great but also made the space much more functional. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, from the tile work to the fixtures and finishing touches.
He was quick to communicate small needed changes and handled everything professionally. The owner went out of his way to get us what we needed.
