Unfortunately, his lack of attention resulted in him missing several major issues that ended up costing us $6,500 in repairs. The problems included a broken and improperly installed gutter leading to a major leak, damage to the chimney, insecure satellite dishes with loose bolts, and necessary repairs to two skylights.

Greenwald failed to meet these basic standards, and his lack of attention had serious consequences for us.
