Dmetry and his son Jonathan helped me move furniture (love seat, coffee table, floor lamp) locally in Manhattan from a friend’s apartment to my place last year. I originally booked Dmetry via Task Rabbit but even before I confirmed the booking, Dmetry walked me through the moving process over the phone and gave me the space to ask any questions. After hearing that the pick-up location didn’t have an elevator he was upfront about the need for and cost of including a second mover (his son Jonathan). Dmetry was very communicative throughout, providing me his contact info, following up the day before, keeping me updated on the pick-up status (since I wasn’t present for it), and arriving early for the drop-off at my place. The furniture was handled with care and the move itself was thoughtfully and respectfully conducted so that furniture and apartments were not damaged. From start to finish, they delivered quality service and a positive customer experience.
