I've just had the most terrible experience with this company, and I would strongly advise against hiring them. We were left without air conditioning for over a month, which was utterly unacceptable. The customer service was appalling - they initially quoted us a free estimate, but ended up charging us $100. When it came to paying, we were told that the money wouldn't be taken out of the job cost, which was another lie. I had to call them multiple times, and each time they gave me different information about when the repair would be done. It was a nightmare.

The heat is now working better than it ever has before. I recently got some updates, including new baseboards and a third zone added to my boiler, as well as new thermostats. The quality of the heating in my home is significantly improved.
