The senior tech, Louie, and his helper, Bobby, assessed the situation, discussed options, and presented a solution that worked for me. I chose today, and the process was effortless. It's clear this company is one of the best on Staten Island, as finding reliable service providers can be challenging.

I appreciated seeing a younger technician learning from experienced professionals like Louie. The team took great care when removing the old unit and transporting it back, taking only about an hour to complete the journey from Port Richmond. They also delivered a new unit with impeccable pipe work and installation.

This company truly exceeded my expectations, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

PAC stepped up to the plate when our heating system failed. They responded quickly and sent a technician within 24 hours. Technician Jake P did an excellent job, explaining the issues and fix in a clear manner. He also offered helpful tips on maintaining our HVAC system. While I'm not sure if their pricing was fair, the quality of service made it worthwhile. Overall, I'd highly recommend PAC for their reliable and knowledgeable team.
