I'm extremely dissatisfied with Tolik's team and would advise others to avoid them at all costs. We hired Tolik to install split units in our home after a contractor's recommendation, but it was a disastrous decision. From the start, they dropped one of our existing splits, which we were supposed to save for reuse, forcing us to purchase an additional unit.

Their initial scope of work included repairing our central air and heating system, but they didn't even attempt to do so. Instead, they damaged our existing condenser's ductwork, leaving it in a state of disrepair. What's more, they installed ceiling vents that were connected to nothing, rendering two bathrooms unusable without heat or air conditioning.

To make matters worse, Tolik made an egregious error by connecting one of the condensation lines directly to the main drain for our primary bathroom. This poorly done connection led to a persistent leak in the floor below the bathroom for months, with no clear source of the problem until we had to dig out the entire outside of the house to rework the drainage system.

The cost of fixing this mess was staggering - over $25,000 - and it took us weeks to rip up the room, replace the floors, and redo all the sheetrock due to mold caused by the leak.
