Very courteous and professional. They arrived wearing face covers and incorporated Covid safety measures in their actions. Their work was thorough and clean. They get extra points for a quick response and especially coming on short notice since the previous landscaper cancelled last minute. I definitely recommend them!

Beware!!! This is a scam. He will stop returning your calls and steal your money! I made the mistake of ignoring the previous post in which he disappeared. Justin Brown lied, did poor work, left me with an incomplete job and then disappeared. In essence, he stole my money because not only did he disappear after getting paid but scammed me out of cedar boxes which he dared to post on his website. Instead of cedar boxed i got only veneer of cedar. He's a hustler, hire him at your peril.

Very disappointed and do not recommend. Was impressed when they first came out for an estimate and we talked through the project. Wanted a simple ~36” height x 57’ decorative retaining wall and repair to a decorative retaining wall that had been damaged. They wanted over half the deposit up front and that made us nervous so we negotiated down but also understood the price of materials had gone up. The day the project was supposed to begin they did not show and after we called them, they said materials had not arrived and rescheduled for a week or two later. The day they showed up they basically stacked a pallet of decorative rocks for almost half the length promised. When asked about the missing 30’ they don’t us ‘they didn’t speak English’ and we had to call the company. We called the project manager and he told us to just tell them ‘how long we wanted it’. We showed them where it was supposed to extend to and got another 10’ feet out of the planned 57’. We ended up with 37’ feet but told them to leave the few extra pieces of rock so we could finish it. Mind you we had two pallets of rock we brought to the project that they didn’t even have to order. There was no structural retention as discussed, it was merely stacked rocks with tubes of landscape ‘glue’ - rapid set polyurethane .The fill dirt was not enough to adequately -backfill any of the project let alone when spread an additional 10’. The repairs to the existing retaining wall were even more shoddy and now we have an uneven surface and more repairs needed. We used some of the leftover rocks and bought more polyurethane to try and repair the main retaining wall and still need to buy more fill dirt.

I was so optimistic and excited to support what seemed a great family run business. I was so glad to get the wall done because we had set aside money for months only to have it still unfinished, structural Lily unsound and in need of more materials. They never acknowledged my email asking for it to be acknowledged or repaired and so posting my review in the hopes someone else doesn’t waste their money on shoddy work. Will add more photos from other phone. Decided to write this review after seeing a recent post on FB with lots of attention and don’t want someone else to be disappointed.

Justin and his partner showed up to our home and appeared to be very honest, friendly and trustworthy. Although he came for 1 day to do some work, which was good) he was paid and said that he would come twice a month. He never returned. He also has not responded to at least 5-6 calls. Whenever you call him, it goes straight to voicemail or a service that says he can not accept calls at this time. It is sad to say, but Unfortunately I could not and will not recommend this company to anyone I know. Be very careful with this one! 😤
