My kitchen sink was not draining properly, no drain chemical would help. I called PowerFlo in the morning, they showed up the same day. The tech was courteous, and took the time to explain the process, and the risks (with old plumbing there is always risk) and asked me several times if I understood, and if I had any questions. He prepped the area, worked as neat as possible (its a drain after all) and when he was done, cleaned up and verified nothing was leaking. I would not hesitate to call them again, and in fact I think I will take him up on his suggestions to do some preventative maintenance on my drain systems. After seeing what he had to do, I am glad I didn't go to Home Depot and rent a machine and attempt it on my own. Some things are better left to the professionals. Thanks again!

Great service team from PowerFlo! The Tracking App let me know the exact arrival time! The team was punctual, informative and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.
