Super grateful for Howard Fraser, who was our 2nd callback in ONE DAY. Had our drain lines snaked last month by one Roto rooter plumber. Less than a month later, all our drains are clogged again. One guy came in the morning and was quite literally not helpful - didn’t want to do the job or answer any questions. He then called for another plumber to come and left. Luckily for us, Howard came later, took care of the problem, educated us on ACTUAL Roto rooter policies, and was extremely helpful in every way. Looking forward to working with him in the future!

I had a pipe burst in my bathroom Tuesday night. I called Roto Rooter they sent a technician to my house that night. The following day a technician showed up and fixed everything that needed to be fixed + he tackled a new drip that was found. Roto Rooter will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Service man was great - did a nice job but I was gouged 700$ for 1/2 hr work - took advantage of me because of the cold weather- I am really pissed off but I had no choice-
