I just bought a new home in Staten Island and was not aware that there was a problem with the gutters. I had called one company and the owner kept saying for a week that he was going to come by and never did. I was very stressed until I found Affordable and called Chris the owner. He was professional from the start and sent Andrew and the team to look at the gutters the next day. I needed a gutter replacement and of course the previous owners did not disclose this to me. Chris quoted me a very fair price and sent Andrew and the team ahead of schedule to replace the gutters and they did a few other tasks too. They do fantastic work. I have new gutters and I am very happy! Thanks to Chris, Andrew and the rest of the team. I will be recommending them to neighbors and friends. Affordable Roofing you have me as a lifetime customer! I wanted to say once again this is the second time I have used this company! Chris the owner is a real professional. Last week I had gutter guards installed. Andrew and the team are great at what they do! Andrew takes the time to speak with you and answer all of your questions before the team does the work. He is the best! I had a question over the weekend and Chris the owner answered me on a Saturday evening on a holiday weekend! He goes over and beyond! They came out again on Monday to seal a seam I noticed during the rain needed tending to. Affordable Reliable Roofing and Gutters is the best company on Staten Island!

Workers came and measured. They never followed through with an estimate. I left a few messages and was ghosted. I was referred by a neighbour- poor business.

Ever since they did my roof have birds in my attic which I never did before .. there is a space where are getting in when addressed the issue was told it’s not because of roof and to call someone else which makes no sense since there in roof which he installed besides the fact that they had to come back twice to reflash the flat part of roof because it was flapping in the wind and to clean my new pvc fence which was a mess after demo due to lack of protection or care for my property

Affordable gutters did just a great job and are so reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a house and discovered there were missing shingles on the roof. We had the builder "fix" the issue, and later discovered during a week of heavy rains that the whatever the builder's roofer did to fix the missing shingles caused a leak from the roof to pool onto the cieling drywall on the 2nd floor, leaving stains over three feet of drywall. We then had the builder send out another roofer who didn't even bother to take a look at the roof, he just looked at the chimney flashing inside the attic and said keep an eye out on it and see if it leaks when it rains. Long story short, we called Affordable Roofing to take a look at the problem and within minutes of inspecting the roof, they noted that the builder's roofer installed the shingles improperly. They had the issue fixed within less than one hour. They were professional and fast, clean (didn't make mess in the house getting to the attic to inspect where the water pooled onto the cieling drywall,) discussed the issue and what they did to resolve it in detail, and were very resonable with their rate. I would highly recommend them, without hesistation, for any roofing issue.

Very honest and dependable! Our building had a leak in the garage over a compressor. Had gotten a VERBAL estimate to "patch" hole from another company for $1200. Called Affordable Roofing for a second opinion and Chris came out, gave me three options on a written proposal with the length of years guaranteed for each. His professionalism and prices blew away the first guy. Ended up having new roof installed for LESS then the cost of the first guys "patch" quote. The team at Affordable had the job finished within hours and cleaned up all debris from inside and outside. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roof work.
