They sent a plan and took my deposit, then referred a terrible company to fix my roof in preparation. However, when it came time to add the solar panels, they just stopped responding. The only recent communications I’ve had from them are texts asking me to refer them, which I’m definitely not doing.

This review is about the sales process:
So far - working with Michael Greenberg has been simple and a smooth process. He responds fast and answers all our questions. My husband and I worked with a company prior (they also sold Sunpower panels), they lacked in communication and we had to reschedule installation about 8 times. It was a breath of fresh air to speak with Michael. He provided us with all the information we needed, verbally and through email. I’m hoping the installation process goes just as smoothly.

May 2024 — We had an occasion twice recently to use Sea Bright Solar. Even though they were not our original installation company which had since gone out of business, I can highly recommend their skilled work. We needed a repair on a few of our panels and Sea Bright came to the rescue. They were very reasonable, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I can highly recommend them.

Sea Bright Solar has always had our back maintaining our 138KW solar array. Oh, yes, Tim Schroeder is a genius.

They quickly made an appointment to come to my house & the technician the sent Timothy H was amazing! He quickly diagnosed the issue & fixed it. He was very professional & efficient. We had an issue with the back up batteries on our solar system. We contacted SeaBright and spoke with Mari. Mari understood our issue and scheduled Enrique to come out to our home and resolve the issue. Enrique showed up today. He quickly determined the problem and did what needed to be done to resolve it. Since our batteries had depleted, he stayed to make sure that they recharged properly. He also stayed until the batteries reached a charged level that he could test the whole system out to make sure the batteries were operating properly. Enrique was professional, neat and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for better service. It is great to have a solar system that is functioning properly again. Thanks for all your efforts!

Enrique has just left after resolving the issue with my solar panels. He found the root cause of the problem (water ingress due to improperly sealed end caps on 3 panels). The output breaker had tripped taking 5 panels off line during the recent stormy weather. He sealed up the end caps and verified all cables into the breakers were tight. He also found a problem with the CT installation which he corrected. I was very impressed with his knowledge, workmanship, and patience (with me as I peppered him with questions). Please pass along my appreciation to his supervisor. I am very pleased with Sea Bright for standing behind their work.
