People are blaming you for their negligence. The people should’ve never let their dog off the leash. If the dog is off the leash in their yard it should be secured and not able to get out. It is illegal to have your dog off the leash in public. So.. not your fault, I am looking forward to using your services in the near future. At least you had the decency to post and apologize. What more do these people want? Pathetic. Maybe the dog owner should be held accountable. These people posting negative things about your business to try to get you a low rating is disgusting. They have no prior experience using your company’s services & simply just getting together to bash you. The amount of Karen’s on Staten Island is insane. Stay true my friend. I support you!

Carlos and his team did a great job at a great price taking out three trees; a giant Willow tree in our back yard, a very large Pin Oak quite close to the house and, an old Cedar tree also near the house. Not one branch came anywhere close to our house or other plantings. They cut up or ground up everything and hauled it away. I highly recommend Golden Roots for tree trimming, maintenance and/or removal needs.
