Amazing job by this team! Managed by Peter Lewis and onsite managed by Ronny ! We had 2 sprinkler pipes burst in my building in the upper floors and it caused flood damages on all the apartments below. 15 apartments damaged in total. Their communication with myself and the staff was always prompt. Paying attention to detail, solved all our problems promptly. Besides the disaster I felt less stressed knowing the building was in good hands 🙏🏽

The crew was very nice (Cesar, Walter, Diego& Giuseppe). They arrived on time and did a great job. Came for smoke remediation.

We had a moisture inspection done, and they found a small leak from our shower valve leaking into the living room ceiling thank god we caught it early!

On April 24, 2023 I awoke to a water overflow affecting all three floors of my home. It was quite overwhelming.
Thankfully, Serve Pro sent Shane Cameron, Project Manager, and his teammate Mike to my rescue.
They were at my home in a couple of hours to assess my damage and immediately start attending to the water and safety protocol.
Shane is both professional and knowledgeable.
He and Mike and their team completed demolition of ceilings, floors, walls and all other damage.
Shane is handling my claim and I am secure in his hands. I still have a long road of rebuild ahead but knowing I am using Servo Pro
Is alleviating much of my stress related to this claim.
