Extremely courteous, competent and reliable.
The project manager, Scott, returned my calls in a timely fashion. The forewoman, Bertha, explained everything in a clear, confident manner and the crew, Pat and Cody, worked quickly and cleanly to get the job done.
ServiceMaster worked with my insurance company to get a favorable result I highly recommend them for mitigation.

Mohammed, Jason G, and George M did a great job with the mitigation of some water damage in our house -- left the site looking clean and well set up for the repair step. Mohammed was also helpful in explaining how the water had traveled through the ceiling, and shared tips on mold mitigation moving forward.
