Unhappy had to pay for 4 and a half hours of labor when it was 2 hours 5 minutes. When a phone call was placed I was told I had to pay for 2 workers to come that was why I was billed for 4 and a half hours of labor. I really think this was not unfair!!

My parents have used them for years so I decided to call them for some water issues. The secretary is extremely rude that is not how you treat your customers. Asking me questions that had nothing to do with my plumbing issues and were not any of her business. Will make sure I will never give them a penny or my parents again. Been waiting a week even for a callback for them to give me a estimate. Called waterway they called me right back and are coming to give a estimate the next day

Absolutely taken advantage of when being charged for labor. Unrealistic bill for amount of time or effort applied to the particular job. Not responsive to messages, sometimes it takes a week or more for them to send someone out to your house to investigate concerns. Then they come back another time and charge another service fee. Be aware of getting the run around and spending a small fortune on small repairs.

Had Derrick and Joe(believe that’s their names) and they did an amazing job and were both friendly and professional.

House renovations done: Kitchen sink plumbed, bathroom vanity plumbed and installed, soaker bath plumbed and installed, washer and Dryer vented and installed.

These guys are top notch. Dakota responds with information and quickly as well. Good group of people working here.

They talked me into an on demand boiler for heating and hot water. You have to wait 2-5 minutes for hot water in the kitchen sink.
IT NEVER PROPERLY WORKED AT ALL FOR HEAT.
Also, just found ot the boiler company went bankrupt and closed on 11-3-2025. So no replacement parts for ANY repairs. I'm now having to plan for ANOTHER new boiler.
I replaced it with Vermont casting stove for heat.
I suggest Reding on schutt rd.
