Honestly, this is the first time that I will ever write a review because this company deserves it. I asked them to replace the air ducts, and they provided me with exceptional service! The technician who handled the replacement carefully and successfully did everything. I highly recommend them!

Had heating system repaired December 2021 and paid $1900 turned on the heat November 2022 and had the same problems that I thought I paid for in 2021 called Phil to see what he would do. He was not willing to stand behind the work that I only used for 3 months tops.. Them I asked about replacing the unit and he tried to rip me completely off.. I am a contractor myself I would NEVER treat customers this way…

Northern Plumbing has always been on top of helping the community. They are honest and recommend the Correct job/ not the job that does not totally fix the problem to win the bid. Brandon is an excellent plumber and is very compassionate. Give them a try. I have used them for over 20 years.

Had Northern Plumbing come fix a washing machine drainage problem. We had plumber Mike over he fixed it. Ok now also cleaned up everything is working and nice guy professional more business need a worker like Mike job well done. We would get Northern Plumbing again.

Had A & J come and check the heating system to make sure it continues to run efficiently through the rest of this winter and having them come back in May to check A/C unit. On time and reasonable in price.

The technician was excellent! He was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and on time. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly.

Once again problems with my heating system...I always request Mitch.. he is always polite ,is very knowledgeable and he gets the job done!!! my boiler went right before that big snowstorm.. I was without heat from one whole day, Friday.. Luckily, Mitch was able to come and patch me up. and then bring a new boiler on Monday... He and Connor did a great job.Installing it, and now I have heat.. And this whole weekend from Friday to Monday was during the holidays, which made it even more difficult.. So very pleased with the service as always!

Mario came on time and was very neat and efficient! He explained what he was going to do, and then summarized everything at the end. Great service!

I had a problem with my AC unit and called A&J. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Mitch came over and looked at the unit and did some tests. He explained everything that he was doing as he did it in simple terms that I could understand. I highly recommend A&J to everyone. They are reliable and efficient.

A year and half later now, the old unit broke in the bitter cold winter. Steve and Mitch replace the entire system quickly and professionally. Can't recommend them enough.

Very timely response and visit, even in the middle of an extreme heat advisory for the area. Extremely friendly and thorough service to restore our AC’s cooling capabilities by Mitch and the entire staff.

The techs were fantastic, as always. Very knowledgeable, respectful and they always takes the time to explain everything in clear detail and give you several options. They don’t dumb things down bc you’re a woman either. They always clean up after themselves and leave everything clean behind them.
