I have used Northern Eco Mech. multiple times from moving baseboard heat registers to different locations. Also worked with them to retro fit in radiant heat floor into a 1st floor. The overall experience was fair and clear. Thats what I most appreciated.. A clear price and a smooth as planned install.

I am shocked by how unprofessional Phil is as a business owner. I was connected to his business through my water heater’s manufacturer. He did not show up on the day of our first scheduled appt and then accused us of harassing him when we tried to pin down an ETA so we could be home at a designated time. He cursed at us and said he didn’t have to answer to us. All we wanted was an appointment to which a group of supposed professionals could be held accountable to. I am even tolerant of unforeseen circumstances but there was no communication. I had to reach out to get any updates.

I am a HVAC Consultant 3 hours away and recently worked with a client in Ridgewood, NJ. After meeting with a few local HVAC contractors we called Phil. Northern had done some of the previous hydronic work in the home. Phil worked with me every step of the way to meet the clients needs regarding design and budget. After doing my final walk through with the customer I am more than impressed with Northern. The client was impressed with their respect of the home and their need to not cut corners. In my opinion there is no benefit to calling somebody else. Phil handled himself and this project as desired every step of the way. Thank you Phil and please thank your employees. this was a successful project and I wouldn't change a thing.
