General Contractor reviews in Sunnyside, New York

Excellent job, They stand behind their work which is of the highest quality. They also care about the beauty of what they do. They want to make your home beautiful

Essential contracting has been an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our 13th spa opening and first time working with Essential contracting. The attention that was given to this project as well as the quality of the final product was very much appreciated. We had very specific requirements in order to implement our new design for our flagship NYC location, and Sebastian and his team did not disappoint. He was communicative on timelines and progress throughout. We are so happy with our final product and definitely recommend their services.

I was referred to Essential Contracting Group. They got back to me fairly quickly and were extremely professional. Mr. Aguas came to my home to provide a very reasonable estimate. His employees came to my home and did an excellent job. This crew was professional and respected my home while they were working. I highly recommend this company for any type of work needed. They renovated my 2 bathrooms and re-carpeted some rooms in my house. They repaired damaged plumbing and replaced and repainted some damaged dry wall. They also cleaned my gutters. Highly Recommend.

We loved doing business with Sebastian. He added a home office to our 1bd coop and it looks as it had always been there! The work took 4 days, and we were in the apt, so the crew sealed the work area to prevent dust from crossing into our living area. They creatively and safely addressed challenges with our old electric wiring, and the aesthetics of their job are super. When they left, there was barely any cleaning left to do. Thank you so much!!

Estoy muy agradecido con Top General Contractors. No ayudaron a remodelar un baño y cocina en un corto tiempo y la calidad del trabajo es excepcional.

No dudaría en recomendarlos an amigos y familiares

We hired the team for a home addition and I was worried about it dragging on forever, but that didn’t happen. They kept things moving and communicated clearly about each phase. The craftsmanship really stands out, especially the framing and finishes that blend with the existing house. They wrapped everything up within the agreed timeframe, no excuses. Overall solid experience and worth reaching out if you’re planning something similar.

Did a full kitchen and bathroom remodeling with the team and the results speak for themselves. The kitchen feels more open now and the bathroom looks like something out of a hotel. They paid attention to details in both spaces, nothing feels rushed. Communication was solid the whole way and everything was completed within the agreed timeframe. Overall great experience, worth contacting them for sure.

We went with the contractor for a full home remodeling and I’m glad we did. From demo to finishing touches, they paid attention to details everywhere, trim, flooring, doors, all done right. The craftsmanship really stands out when you walk through the house. They kept things moving and didn’t drag the project. Finished within the agreed timeframe. Definitely worth reaching out if you’re planning something big.

We needed to get wired smoke and CO detectors installed to 3 apartments and add a railing to the outside of the basement entrance for our insurance we had 30 days to fix it, but got burned by another contractor and wasted a week. So we called them and they came within 2 days to see what needed to be done and in 2 days they started the work and was done in 4 days. We should have called them first instead of wasting time. They were honest and trustworthy, would recommend Diego to do the work since he was the contractor that came and did the work in record setting time

5 starts all around! Responsive and the quality of work is superb.

We were satisfied with the outcome and their performance was impeccable.

D. & J. Building Maintenance were prompt, courteous and reasonable. They repaired the water damage to the inside of the two apartments of my house with in a few days. I would definitely use them again. Jim N.

We contracted Top General Contractors to complete a recent, entire home renovation, this included bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. The project was seamless and completed just in time.I highly recommend them as they are extremely professional and truly care about their customers.

We needed more storage space and heard about room additions these guys had done for friends of ours, so we decided to give them a call. They gave us a quote right away and got to work within two weeks. When they were done, we couldn’t believe how quick and professional the whole experience was. I saved for the project. The quality of their work is worth it.

We had a wonderful experience with Diego, Eva and the crew at Top General Contractors. They communicated with us at every step and made sure we got what we wanted for our siding work.

I’ve worked with this company twice now. The first time to remodel our kitchen, then to remodel our bathroom and now to do am extension. I am so glad to have found a reliable company that can handle it all.

I have had several projects completed by Top General Contractors: Kitchen, bathroom, basement and each one has gone extremely well. Projects were completed on time and on budget and the workers have all been very professional. I am already working to schedule my next home project and would not even consider using a different company. Great experience!!!

We decided to renovate our kitchen after purchasing our home. We called other kitchen remodeling companies and got quotes for as high as $80,000!!!! I did some research and found Top General Contractors Queens. The owner was a gem to work with. He was informative, kind, honest, and the type of person that you want to do business with. 5 Stars
