Reviews of local pros in Sunnyside, New York

Terrible company, don't ever call them. The plumber they sent me couldn't even snake a sewer line , he came unprepared with a small snake even though I mentioned main sewer line . Not only that but he left and didn't tighten my sewer caps on a heavy storm day, the sewer caps came flying off from the water pressure and all the rain and sewer water flooded my basement. I called and complained 2 times , no one would bother resolve the issue. Regretfully I paid him via Zelle so I can't recover my money back. I will be filing a court claim against them.

Superb workmanship in every way!!! Andrei lived up to the numerous 5-star glowing reviews on Yelp — he made our windows phenomenally clean & clear, was extremely respectful of our apartment, re-installed curtains & curtain rods, was quiet and professional, graciously cleaned 2 extra windows on short notice, and his pricing was very reasonable. Thank you so very, very much!!!

Thank you Empire Window Cleaning for an amazing job well done! I had all of the windows cleaned in my apartment in/out and they look beautiful. Prices are reasonable and service is top notch: courteous, timely and extremely professional. I highly recommend your work and will use your services again!

Had Andrey come back again today. Second time, 3 years later, fantastic service! Very impressive. Will definitely call him again (hopefully in less than 3 years).

Empire Window Cleaning did an excellent job! Andrey was punctual, thorough, and reasonably priced! You cannot ask for more. My mother who was alone in the house also said he were very polite and helpful. I am definitely bringing him back when we need a refresh. Highly recommend!

Go with Empire. You will not regret it. Andrei got to our 2 br apartment on time, got right to work, and did an amazing job on our windows. Having crystal clear windows makes the whole place look and feel bigger and brighter. And the price is right, especially for the high caliber of work they do!

Amazing service!!! My windows have never been so clean and sparkling! Professional and fast service as well. Will for sure be using again. Thank you

My windows were in need of a deep cleaning. My neighbors have been raving on how great of a job Andre from empire has done, so decided to give it a go. So happy I went with empire as my windows look so good. They sparkle from being so clean. Will be using them go forward.

We had absurdly dirty windows that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in decades, and Empire took care of them. They were really easy to schedule, arrived on time, and were very efficient. The windows look beautiful now!

Our windows look like new! Super professional, arrived early (great!) and really thorough. Will definitely be recommending to the neighbors.

Excellent service and very professional! Andrei was punctual and did a fantastic job with my windows and light fixtures. They look as good as new. He took great care with the light fixtures and didn’t rush it. I got multiple quotes and this is one company that does both windows and light fixtures, which solves two problems with one visit. Andrei was very responsive to my emails as well. I will certainly use their services again. I highly recommend Empire Window Cleaning!

AMAZING!!! MY Apartment is so nice and bright now!! They were so fast and lovely!

Andrei and Roman did terrific work, and quickly.

-- They arrived EARLY. (When does that ever happen??)

-- Andrei was friendly, and took the time to explain a problem with a few of my windows AND how to fix it.

-- Very reasonably priced.

-- Andrei was able and willing to meet my building's burdensome COI requirements.

-- They were willing to wear masks in my home with no comment, and wore them properly the whole time, which is depressingly rare.
-- They wore shoe covers. They were extremely neat, and left no trace of having been here. Also rare.

My windows are sparkling. I will be calling on them regularly. Can't recommend highly enough.

We employed André of Empire Window Cleaning to clean all our windows. The windows are of varying kinds (casement as well as double hung swing-in windows.) Some have window grates. André was a complete professional. He showed up on time, had all the necessary equipment and knew exactly how to handle each type of window. He worked quickly and quietly. His prices were quite reasonable. We are very pleased with his service and plan to use his company in the future. Highly recommended!

Great job! Second year in a row I've used Empire and am planning to do so annually from now on.

Window cleaner was prompt to arrive and did an amazing job on my windows !
