I want to say that I'm happy they came on short notice. I called on Tuesday and asked for a Friday cleaning. I explained that I just wanted a deep clean, dusting, floors etc. No laundry, no bedding, no fridge/oven nothing extra. I explained I have a 2 bathroom 3 bedroom ranch. One bathroom is brand new and wouldn't need much of anything maybe a wipe down but nothing more. One bedroom is a spare room and the other is a small office. My house is relatively clean, I try to keep you on dusting and vacuuming but with 2 dogs there is stuff in the corners and under furniture.
I was given a quote of 250 for 2 hours for 2 ladies. I was told they would be here between 12-2. I planned my day accordingly and made sure I was home. Around 2:15 still no one has arrived so I called I was told it was going to be at least another hour. I said ok, no problem at all. 3:15 come around I get a phone call. They should arrive in 45 min. Again, I said fine. At this point it's too late to find another company and I still needed the house cleaned.
They finally arrived around 3:45. The two ladies were extremely nice and professional, however I'm not too sure if they understood what I was saying. They spent the first hour in my bedroom and master bath and the next hour on the rest of the house. When they were finished, the called me upstairs and ss they were walking out the door they called the owner/manager who got me on the phone reviewed the price and asked me I'd they did a good job. I said from what i could tell yes, but i had not inspected the place. Now I did not follow them around nor had I even walked around my house as they cleaned. I stayed out of their way and stayed in the basement. After leaving I took a quick look around. They did an ok job but was not worth the price. There are still cob webs in the corners, spiders in the corners. Overall, it was an ok job. Would I hire them again.... no probably not. Honeslty it ruined my whole day waiting for them to get an alright job. I do appreciate the availability though. But certainly not worth the price.

Spoke to Reena to get weekly cleaning, two ladies showed up over 2 hours late than the time given. As soon as they arrived, they started asking how much money will they get paid instead of cleaning first. I told them Reena gave me fixed rate as the house should take two or two n half hours to clean. They said no the house needs 4 hours to clean (I get cleaning done every week, the house is not dirty that it requires 4 hours) they ladies looked like they don't want to work. I had to ask them to leave. Please be careful with this company!!!

The team again has a done an amazing job the carpets was extremely dirty with lots of stains and they managed to clean them. The oven and clean was also spotless. Lovely stuff.

Well organized, better than our previous contractor. Jobs mostly done on time and in good fashion, any issues resolved. The site managers are enthusiastic in giving a good service and happy to listen to feedback and adjust.

Needed my highly impractical white rug cleaning. Conversed over WhatsApp (convenient) and was able to come next day. Ben was lovely, I had no apprehension about leaving him alone to get on with the work. Reasonable prices too, will probably consider them for any other professional cleaning I need doing.

I've used this firm for several years and they have always done a good job. It was nice to see the same, very efficient workman as last year. Although there were a few changes to the appointment time, I was kept well informed and it was not a problem for me.

The team they sent did a very thorough job, kitchen, oven, dishwasher, fridge been deeply cleaned, even the top! They cleaned all the windows from the inside, moped everywhere and the carpets were professionally cleaned as well. They removed all the cobwebs from outside entrance, left everything tidy and were extremely polite. Very happy with the results overall.
