Electrical reviews in Thornwood, New York

Very rude. Terrible customer service.

We must’ve had 8 different electricians from all over Rockland searching for my electrical problem. Ivan and his partner showed up, found it in under 2 minutes, repaired it (for a fair price) and now we are the happiest customers on earth! These guys are the kings of electrical! 👑

Ivan installed a Generac whole house generator for me 10 years ago, other home projects and modified my office circuit panel to handle a portable generator.
The work was done in a timely fashion, at a reasonable cost and he was pleasant to work with.
Recommended without reservation.

Excellent work, prompt installation, great communication. Delivered as promised.

Chris and his team not only did an excellent job, but were also a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again.

Chris Ippolito is outstanding. The service was done in a timely manor and the price was outstanding. I highly recommend Powertec for your electrical service/needs.

We had a great experience working with Chris at PowerTec. He did an excellent job installing recessed lighting throughout our new home. He was extremely responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled electrician.

Really good local electrician!
This guy is the kind electrician that electricians call when they have a question.
I highly recommend!!

Luis was professional and courteous. Great communication about the process and did an outstanding job on execution.

Dealing with Luis was hands-down the most positive experience I've had with any service in a long time. I had several projects I had been putting off and he was able to address the issues efficiently and handle everything within 2 days. They were professional, punctual, and reasonably priced too! Grateful that businesses like this still exist! Will definitely use Gallardo again.

Used Gallardo Electric to install a Ring floodlight. Luis was prompt, efficient, and easy to communicate with. Additionally, pricing was very fair. Will definitely be using Gallardo to replace fixtures throughout the house at a later date.

Great experience. Didnt feel any pressure about any of the fixes he recommended. Very thorough and ensured our entire house is safe electrically. Showed every fixed area and explained everything clearly. Very very happy with our experience and 100% will be using them for all electrical needs that may come up in the future and 100% would recommend to anyone needing electrical help in their home!

Luis was Awesome 👌 👏 👍.
We had five items for him to check. Luis was professional, clear in his explanation, detailed, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He completed the work at a good price compared to other companies. We truly appreciate his help and assistance. I would recommend the company to anyone. Thank you again Luis!

The Gallardo team is incredible at what they do from start to finish. I met Luis, the owner, and he was patient and kind through the whole process. Unlike many who try to add on extras to drive costs up, he never did. He was TRANSPARENT, something that many contractors, electrician, plumbers etc tend to stray from (transparent pricing and a clear game plan from the start). I highly recommend them.

I contacted Mr. Gallardo to follow another contractor’s work that was not up to code. He was prompt and ready to go at the agreed upon time. He took the time to explain to me what exactly the issues were and did a thorough job in rectifying them. It was a pleasure having him at my home and I absolutely will be hiring him for more projects in the near future. I highly recommend his services! Thank you again!

Very pleased with Luis from the initial text message to the completed job. He was friendly and very professional as he answered my questions about the different electrical outlets and which one was best for my kitchen
I am very happy with the completed job. My outlet cover plates fix perfectly over the new outlets. It looks great against backsplash. The price was better than 2 other quotes.

Highly recommend Luis for all your electrical needs. Don’t hesitate to contact him today.

Luis was great! He promptly provided a quote to replace our old interconnected smoke detectors—at a lower price and with less unnecessary work than another electrician had suggested. Easy to schedule, punctual, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely call him again!

REALLY great - responsive, explained the problem well, and came back/fixed it the next day. We will definitely have him do more work in the future.

Hands down the best electrician I have used. On time, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Luis and his company!

Gallardo Electric was very professional and reliable. I’ve worked with companies who promise to call back with quotes etc and then they disappear. Or they provide a quote and don’t honor their pricing. Luis returned my call the same day. We setup a meeting and he was on time. He provided a quote in a timely manner, setup a date to do the work and arrived early for the job. Very happy with my choice. I would use his business again.
