Modern Tradition Kitchen and Bath came highly recommended when we began looking for a company to help us with the total overhaul of our kitchen. Felipe Gomes, the owner and Lead Designer of the company, guided us through cabinet, counter, appliance and accessory selection. He had a clear vision for our project that incorporated our input and feedback. A bonus to going through Modern Tradition is that Felipe’s brother, Chris owns and operates Riverview Contracting, who we also used. Felipe and Chris always answered our calls, emails, and texts promptly and worked hard to make our dream kitchen come true. The result is a kitchen that exceeded our initial expectations. We so value the expertise and professionalism of Modern Tradition Kitchen and Bath and also Riverview Contracting that we plan to use them again for future home projects and recommend them to family and friends.

We worked with Modern Tradition to renovate and upgrade our kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the result. Felipe helped design everything to our specs. And when supply chain issues happened because of Covid he helped us make the necessary changes and to keep everything on schedule. We appreciated him working so hard to manage every single detail. From coordinating appliances to tile selection, the process was seamless. On the contractor side, Chris and his team at Riverview were amazing. The people on the jobsite were courteous, clean and superb craftspeople. Everything was done on schedule and the communication was great. The kitchen is beautiful. Would highly recommend.

I recently hired Modern Tradition Kitchen & Bath to design and renovate my powder room. Felipe took the time to understand my style and tastes, then made recommendations for key pieces that would set the tone and style I wanted. In addition, he was able to refer me to sources with reasonably priced items. Once the job began his staff was friendly, arrived when they promised to, and always left our home clean at the end of the day. The final result: a beautiful bathroom that came in at the promised price! What more could a client ask for?

Felipe presented us with not only the most cost-efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us. He met with us at our house to discuss the design and project and gave us multiple renderings of cabinets/islands to choose from. He understood our budget and found creative ways to keep us within it. The work was done by a contractor we have used many times in the past. So happy I found Modern Tradition to renovate my kitchen. Felipe and his team were professional, reliable and responsive. Felipe was very creative and skillful at helping me find a design that worked with my very tiny kitchen. He had great ideas and suggestions for the appliances and everything else as well. The contractor team was very easy to have in the house- very professional and amazingly skilled. Kitchen came out better than I could have ever imagined.

I had my kitchen renovated in the summer of 2024, and I could not have been happier with the outcome. This was my first big home renovation in a 1930's home. Felipe of Modern Tradition Kitchen & Bath really streamlined the process, and made it as easy as possible for me! He designed a beautiful kitchen layout, which maximized space and brought much better function in the kitchen. He helped me navigate big decisions and small choices alike--everything from cabinet price points and appliance choices, to sink and knob styles. He was there for it all, and always focused on the details. I appreciated that Felipe let my personal style shine through in the kitchen design, but also gently steered me away from some choices that would not have worked in the space. With Felipe and the contractor team he recommended, my kitchen renovation went smoothly and was completed in about 1 month. My kitchen is now my happy place in the home!

Felipe was fantastic to work with! He has a real understanding of how to optimize a space, and has various cabinetry options depending on your timeline and budget. He helped us with decision making, and walked us through each step (even offered to come explain the plan to the contractor so that everything went accordingly). Everything came out beautifully; we are very happy with the results. Would definitely work with Modern Tradition Kitchen & Bath again and will be recommending to friends in the future!

Felipe was simply amazing to work with. He was reachable and insightful with his design. He listened to our needs as a busy family of 6 and made suggestions for the functionality of our kitchen design. Working within our budget and not compromising quality, the line of cabinetry was exceptional. Superb experience. Felipe was responsive and knowledgeable, and suggested the most practical and cost effective option for our cabinets. He patiently helped create our ideal mudroom from top to bottom as I reviewed and revisited every decision. Felipe also facilitated the delivery and installation, and was a very soothing presence during a chaotic process. The showroom itself has a wide selection of quality cabinets and countertops.
