Constraction reviews in Tuckahoe, New York

Great people who give very generous prices for renovation projects. 10/10 job

Experienced and professional. Very responsive, Vincent is very knowledgeable and offers various options.

They converted my garage to a home office! I have nothing but rave reviews. Everything went smoothly, every step of the way. Not a complaint at any step. They were very professional!

I have used CDC for multiple projects, both large and small. I highly recommend them as they are trustworthy, competent and easy to work with as a team member.

Amazing team of honest and reliable professionals! Would recommend them in a heartbeat. They provided reliable estimates and innovative solutions, and involved me every step of the way. They finished on time and the end product was amazing!

These guys are great. The work was through and precise. My porch was falling down and now looks terrific. I’d hire them again in an instant!

My tiny kitchen was so worn down and old and I needed a total refresh and I was on a tight budget - Vincent and his amazing team listened to what I wanted and made it happen! They are amazing - professional, real craftsmen, problem solvers and great listeners - I recommend them highly and will use them again and again!

Vincent, Antonio, Alex, Ronnie and the entire team at CDC are professional, timely and overall just the best. They exceeded expectations and delivered in the perfect amount of time and at the right price. They are passionate about what they do and it shows.

CDC has done several major projects for us over the past 10 years. The projects all have come in on time and on budget. The workmanship is excellent. Vincent Franco is a mensch and honest as the day is long.

Vincent and his crew are professional, reliable and deliver high quality results for a great price. They are great at problem solving in the field as well as providing creative solutions for any challenge. They are hardworking and trustworthy, a pleasure to work with!

CDC redesigned our office space to be more modern and "Zoom-friendly," now that we're doing almost all our work remotely. They nailed it. Not only does the office look great, but they took great care to make sure the product was installed just right. I highly recommend this firm.

For an architect, we have to be very selective about who we chose to execute the work...This is why we have worked with CDC over 10 years on many projects. Vince and his crew absolutely get it, when the stakes are high, as well as the expectations- they consistently deliver great quality, fair pricing and no drama. Keep up the good work!

I have used CDC on numerous renovation and remediation projects and they always do outstanding work. They take special care to minimize dust and debris every day. Additionally, Vincent is one of the most trustworthy and honest contractors I have ever worked with.

CDC replaced the windows throughout my house. The work product was excellent; my house is older so the trim work was very challenging and they did exceptional work that looks period appropriate for the house. They were a pleasure to have around and finished the work very quickly. I highly recommend!

CDC, LLC is our go-to company for home improvements and expansions. They are always professional, timely and informative. Vincent Franco and his crew bring their best work and dedication to every job. Vincent's architectural background and creative spirit brings uniqueness to every project. From bathroom and kitchen renovations to creating new spaces, CCD, LLC never disappoints.

We recently completed two projects in New Rochelle, NY with CDC Design,
Mr. Vincent Franco’s company.

We planned a small guest room and bathroom addition to our home, and during
the project it led to another mid-size project of rehabilitating our basement, just
because of circumstances and convenience.

Many people tell stories of what a nightmare it was working with a contractor that they
engaged or selected for a job and it’s true, you never know what you’re going to get
until you do the job.

We were one of the lucky ones with our selection of CDC. Just a pleasure!

We interviewed 3 different contractors for our project, and all of them seemed very
qualified, it was very difficult to choose, so it came down to price, and gut feeling.

I have said all along that I picked the right “guy” after initially meeting Vincent when he
first visited my home for the first viewing of the project, along with our architect, the same
day that two other contractors arrived as well.

During his walk through of our house, Vincent noticed that our clothes dryer vent was not
attached to the back of the dryer, and he got down on his knees, pulled the dryer off of the
basement wall, got all dirty, and realigned and attached the vent back to the dryer.

He did not have to do that and I told him so, but he did anyway, with a smile.

That did it, that sold me on him, he was just a guest looking at a job and he took the time to do this.

I said to myself, he’s the real deal! And we selected CDC over two other competitors.

I can’t say enough about the enjoyment that we received on this project from Vincent, his foreman Ronny,
and his colleague Wendy, always in contact with us through emails, text and phone, always coming
to the house to enjoy the forward progress and see what needs to be addressed every day.

Their staff and sub-contractors, concrete guys, framing guys, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters,
flooring guys……all of them were true craftsmen! Friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, clean. All of his
people enjoyed the work that they did, and maybe that’s the difference between his people, and others.

Their staff worked the project almost every single day, friendly, honest caring men, we just left the
front door unlocked for three months and the staff came and went as they wanted, and they were in
and out in just 90 days from start to finish.

They covered all of our floors with paper and material tarps, and cleaned up every night, sweeping and
vacuuming our floors, and left our house clean and spotless, every day. Amazing!

The project costs came in as expected, no extras and no surprises, even a few credits that most contractors
might overlook. We paid at the end what Vincent proposed at the beginning.

I have to say that it was a lot of fun for me and my wife to go through the building process of the addition,
and the redo of the basement.

I enjoyed every moment of the project from foundation to roof, and our addition looks like a palace, and our
basement looks like a brand new usable functional living space. They just did beautiful work.

I can recommend CDC Design highly because of our great experience with them, and if you are looking
for a great contractor for your project that is friendly, honest, caring and smiling too, who will also be by
your side every day from beginning to end, be sure to consult with Vincent Franco about your project when
it comes time for selection. He is the “real deal.”

Vin and the team completed a smart refresh to our kitchen. Professional and proactive with excellent work. Highly recommend

Vincent and his team have helped me with three projects at my home in Larchmont, including a full exterior repaint and some structural repairs. His estimates are clear, his prices are fair, and he has always stayed within budget. Most importantly, the quality of work is exceptional. He makes multiple follow ups to ensure everything is proceeding as planned and address any issues. If I have any home improvement projects, I do not consider anyone else.

When we moved into our new home in 2019, CDC did two great projects. The kitchen cabinets and surrounding areas were wood, and my wife wanted the whole kitchen to be white. CDC came in and carefully removed all of the doors and hardware, sanded everything down, and carefully applied multiple applications of white to all of the surfaces, doors and cabinets over a period of about two weeks. The CDC team was talented and easy to work with and the kitchen came out beautifully. The second project was even more inspiring. We had a beautiful porch with an overhang but had dreams of turning it into a screened in porch. CDC did all of the design and custom work, strengthened the foundation, repaired weaknesses in the gutters and support columns and created a beautiful screened in porch that has become one our favorite rooms in the house. We would recommend them highly.

Vincent and his team are just AMAZING. They put their professionalism and their hearts in every single details. Respectful, responsible and reliable.
They clean everyday before they leave and take off their shoes when they come in the morning.
Vincent is a gifted architect with unlimited imagination and creativity. We had them to do many different jobs in the house interior and exterior and all of them are impeccable.
Just trust Vincent and you will be very very happy!!
