I made an appointment to have them come and and provide an estimate to possibly replace some radiators in a co-op I recently purchased. I explained to them I wasn't living there and needed some time to travel and meet them. This first appointment was for Wednesday between 9-12. Or anyway this is what they told me. Around 11:45 I realized they were not going to make it by 12 and that I had a DR appointment I couldn't miss. I called over there and the dispatcher was apologetic and told me they would be there the next day first thing at 9:00 AM. Like a total sucker I fell for this and waited for them until 9:30 when I realized they weren't going to make it. I figured they'd show up later and call but they never did. I never bothered to reschedule because plumbers are a dime a dozen around these parts and honestly I was on the fence about replacing the radiators. Lo and behold, this morning, Monday, I get three missed calls in a space of 5 minutes while I was in the shower with no voicemail and when I call the number back it's Citron! I told the guy he had to be kidding and to just forget the whole thing. They took my cc number so they had better not try charging me for the visit.

If their driving is any indication, this company is rude, aggressive, and should be avoided. If you come across them on the FDR give their road rage a wide margin. Wouldn’t use them.

They replaced a faucet and valves. Showed up on time and were efficient, but it did take multiple calls and emails to get them to respond.

Called several times to see if I could narrow down a time 2.5 hours into a supposedly 4 hour window. Receptionist was curt and not customer service oriented. I called to cancel due to the negative interaction.

WARNING!!! Do not waste your time. Their "verbal" quote will increase significantly when time to do your job. When that happened I asked for breakdown of labor/parts and was given the runaround as per stated in previous reviews. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before calling them. ZERO stars

They’ve come twice to my apartment to fix problems my super couldn’t fix. It was such a relief when my dishwasher didn’t leak water all over my kitchen floor. Now they’ve unclogged my shower drain. I felt that $175 was a high price, but they get the job done.
