Rick, Sean and the entire CAPPCO team are professional, organized, courteous and highly reliable. They have done an extraordinary job with our holiday lights for the last several years. It has been a seamless process every year and I look forward to continuing to work with them on the lights and other projects.

CAPPCO returned to do some work for me this year, and I am just as pleased with their work this past week as I was last year. The level of communication via phone, email and text was really helpful about the work we needed done (pressure washed our asphalt basketball court as well as cleaned our solar panels on roof and cleaned our PVC fencing). We have not needed our decks pressure washed so far this year, but will certainly be calling CAPPCO when we need that work done as well. I have already recommended CAPPCO to my neighbors!

My experience with CAPPCO exceeded my expectations. While scheduling with Rick I could tell that they focused on customer service and getting the job right. He was very patient and courteous with me in choosing a date and time. My experience did not end there. When Shaun arrived he was extremely professional and polite taking the time to walk my property with me to check what needed to be done. I couldn't believe how quickly and thoroughly they were able to complete the work. My house has never been so clean. Lastly, I'm very supportive of small local businesses and wouldn't hesitate in the least to hire them again.

Cappco is the best power washing company in the Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess County area. They do residential and commercial. They are pleasant and prompt and provide great service for a great price.

Sean did a great job! The team arrived early in the morning and washed our house and fence, and cleaned our gutters. Everything looks great!

A place worthy of the perfect (5 star rating) scheduling and pricing was smooth and transparent with Rick. The team that came out was one time, great communication and super friendly. Not to mention they restored my home to its former glory and I love the fact that they’re family owned. Sean took the time to walk around with me afterwards and show me problem areas and gave me tips to maintain it between cleanings.
