Reviews of local pros in Valhalla, New York

It was a pleasure working with Al and his team to relocate my dryer vent, bc it was too close to my new AC condenser outside. This was an unexpected problem, but I was forced to relocate the vent making it further away from the dryer. Al & his contractor are very knowledgeable and did great work in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Al/ProVent Air for any air duct cleaning (which he's done for me also) or other duct issues.

The two technicians that came were polite, professional and knowledgable. They came on time and communicated everything that they would be doing. I would recommend this company.

Wonderful, clean & neat job.
My hardwood floors were newly done & these guys took care not scratch them up. They even brought their own booties.
They were so nice, thorough & the prices are reasonable.
So happy to have clean vents

I recently hired ProVentAir to clean my air conditioning and dryer vents. They were punctual, professional, and very thorough in their work. The technicians explained the process clearly. I’m happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to others. See before and after photos I received from them after the job was done.

Complete gentlemen and professionals. Before and after pictures show that the proof is in the pudding. Pricing was very fair too. Thanks for your work.

They arrived on time, actually a little earlier, set up and went to work. They were very conscientious, pleasant and thorough. Had just had our vents cleaned by someone else in July, 2025 but needed it done again. They found so many things still in the vents, large things that should have been cleared out before. They took their time to do a good job and when they recommended I needed an additional service there was no hesitation as they had shown their integrity.

I have used other companies in the past but none did as thorough a job. They seemed to be rushing to get to their next stop. ProVentAir arrived on schedule, worked very cleanly and did every duct on both floors. They sanitized and disinfected the entire system, cleaned control unit and dryer vent. Anthony the tech explained and took photos for us to view every step of the way. We are pleased to have found such a committed company with skilled techs. Truly it makes a difference.
Thank You,
A very satisfied new customer.

1st I want to say Rick and his team are true professionals,. that said, Rick arrived very timely to give me a estimate. he was to the point on what stains would most likely come off and which ones might not. his crew showed up 2 days after the agreement. All I can say is that the job done on my house surpassed my expectations by far. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Excellent communication! On time, neat and clean. The roof looks brand new and amazing job on the siding. Thank you!!!

Highly recommended! Reasonably priced, great communication and quality work. Initially had Cappco out to clean the algae stains on my vinyl siding. They ended up cleaning my gutters and windows as well. Sean and his crew were thorough, punctual and did an amazing job all around. They even cleaned my perimeter fence and tool shed for no extra charge. Will definitely work with them again.

Professional estimating scheduling and execution process. Fair pricing and the workers were Knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job, their attention to detail was impressive. This is my second time using them and already have referred them. Great job!

Excellent experience with Cappco. They were prompt, friendly and the service was efficient and cost effective. Now my exterior spaces look like new.

Rick, Sean and the entire CAPPCO team are professional, organized, courteous and highly reliable. They have done an extraordinary job with our holiday lights for the last several years. It has been a seamless process every year and I look forward to continuing to work with them on the lights and other projects.

CAPPCO returned to do some work for me this year, and I am just as pleased with their work this past week as I was last year. The level of communication via phone, email and text was really helpful about the work we needed done (pressure washed our asphalt basketball court as well as cleaned our solar panels on roof and cleaned our PVC fencing). We have not needed our decks pressure washed so far this year, but will certainly be calling CAPPCO when we need that work done as well. I have already recommended CAPPCO to my neighbors!

We didn’t realize just how dirty our house was until Cappo washed it. Great Job!!!

So happy we chose Cappco to prep our house for listing. The house and surrounding property looks amazing!! They explained everything that needed to done in detail, as well as what wasn't necessary. Responded promptly, completed the job quickly, at a very reasonable rate. Seek no further. Highly recommend!!

Rick & his team were responsive, professional and did a beautiful job cleaning our businesses' awnings. The end result was "like new". Definitely saved CAPPCO's contact in my phone!

Just had an amazing experience with CAPPCO Pressure Washing! Sean and his team did a phenomenal job—fast, clean, and truly professional. They powered through the brutal heat without missing a beat, and the results are incredible. Everything looks brand new! I highly recommend Cappco and will definitely be using their services again. Thanks so much, guys!

My experience with CAPPCO exceeded my expectations. While scheduling with Rick I could tell that they focused on customer service and getting the job right. He was very patient and courteous with me in choosing a date and time. My experience did not end there. When Shaun arrived he was extremely professional and polite taking the time to walk my property with me to check what needed to be done. I couldn't believe how quickly and thoroughly they were able to complete the work. My house has never been so clean. Lastly, I'm very supportive of small local businesses and wouldn't hesitate in the least to hire them again.

Excellent job done as always will be using them every Christmas

Cappco is the best power washing company in the Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess County area. They do residential and commercial. They are pleasant and prompt and provide great service for a great price.
