Very professional, great quality and very efficient. I called Primo Landscape to do a complete re design of my back yard. The primo team did an amazing job, very precise masonry work and very clean! Weekly lawn care services always on time!

I just want to throw a shout out to Vincent from Primo. They did some one off work for us after a car crashed through the front of our yard.

I am always the point person on any household work within my family and unfortunately, it’s a rare situation where I have someone come in to do work and be respectful about working with just me. I get the typical “well, just make sure it’s okay with you husband” or “talk it over and see what he thinks.”

By this was not Vincent! He was professional, communicative and detail oriented… and not once did he reference wanting my husband’s input or need of his opinion to validate what I wanted done.

He and his team did beautiful work and made my vision come to life better than I could have ever hoped for…and they definitely deserve a shout out for it!

We had a beautiful patio and pond installed by Vinny and his crew. We had a vision of what we wanted our backyard to be and they delivered above and beyond! They were able to build the pond with existing stones and boulders found on our property to cut the cost and both the patio and pond were completed in less than a week. Vinny and his crew were very professional and patient with listening to our ideas and made any changes that we wanted without hesitation. He is very responsive and answers his phone right away. Highly recommended!

I hired Primo Landscaping for my property’s landscaping needs and they continue to keep my property looking beautiful! Vin and his son as well as the individuals that they hire are trustworthy, professional, respectful, and do incredible work. I had recently hired them to demolish and rebuild my front stoop. They had provided me with much needed guidance. They completed the project within the time frame that they had stated and I am in love with my new front stoop! I am looking forward to hiring them for all of my outdoor property projects in the future.

I had contracted with Primo to turn my crumbling backyard patio into a place to relax and I could not be happier with the results.

The owner of the company, Vinnie, came to take all the measurements himself and gave me a fair cost, especially when compared to others in the area.

The experienced crew were knowledgeable, efficient and kept things on schedule, except for one delay beyond their control that they managed in a most professional way.

When severe rain overwhelmed my gutters and started draining into my basement overnight, where was Primo the next morning? They were 10 feet below ground, repairing an old and neglected crack and fixing drainage lines so this wouldn’t happen again.

I’m positive that the work they completed will last and will recommend them to anyone looking to improve the look of their homes.

Vincent and team did an amazing job with our back yard. No request was too complicated, any issues they corrected immediately. They were worked quickly, with a high attention to detail, and on budget. We will be back for our front yard!

Update: I had Vin and the crew back to landscape our backyard. They did a fantastic job. They rebuilt our stream, landscaped with new bushes/lighting/mulch and fixed a drainage issue. The crew is incredibly nice and always super clean. I’ll continue to use Primo, a top notch company.

The team did a phenomenal job with pavers for our back steps and a new patio (we had a nasty asphalt pad that had to be removed). The crew was timely, clean and incredibly friendly. I have them coming back in the fall to add landscaping. Excited to continue working with Vin and the Primo crew. Highly highly recommend.

We hired Primo to demolish an old, broken patio that came with the house we bought and replace it with a better, new one. We chose Primo because their estimate was reasonable and Vincent was very responsive to our questions (and made several visits before we signed a contract). The crew were friendly and tidy and took great pride in their work. We had one miscommunication about the project's features but were able to talk it through and make some adjustments. Vincent and the crew wanted to be sure we were happy and we really are--the patio looks better than we imagined. We would definitely use Primo again and plan to for a future project!

Primo Landscape Design just finished a project at our house, including putting in a patio, re-doing our front walkway/steps and landscaping all around the house. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Vincent and his crew did a great job on the design, and were extremely flexible and easy to work with. We hired Primo to do a full scale renovation of our backyard, and after meeting with a number of different landscapers across varying types (i.e. more design-y, more one-person-shop, etc.), we landed on Primo because of they were 1) full-service, 2) had extensive expertise, and 3) their service and professionalism.

We felt confident moving forward with Primo because of the peace-of-mind in working with a company that could navigate changes as they emerged. While they weren't the cheapest proposal, they were the best value.

Primo transformed our grass slope into a multi-leveled backyard that we can grow into.

A couple examples of the type of company you get when you hire Primo:
- Vincent was incredibly available and communicative throughout the project, keeping me updated, answering any and all of my questions, and offering me his opinion and guidance at every step of the way.
- The team is incredibly efficient and professional. No one could believe how much they could do in just three weeks.
- When we ran into a snag with the permit, Primo worked tirelessly to expedite approval.
- Primo managed subcontractors needed to navigate sewer drains, fences, etc.
- Even after the last check was paid, Primo and Vincent came back to re-seed, clean up mulch, and educate us on how to maintain our new backyard.

The bottom line: I'd hire Primo again to do more work.

Primo came through in the clutch!!!! I’ve had consistent water issues stemming from both a high water table and awkward pitch of my backyard. Primo and their team came in a graded the effected areas of my back yard, added French drains and replaced a section close to my pool in less than 2 days. Not only does it look great but from today’s rain, it’s obviously very functional!

The Suffern Free Library retained the services of Primo Landscaping to create an outdoor patio combo gazebo area for our community members to enjoy. The paver patio and stone steps are beyond what we envisioned. They were easy to communicate and work with and would highly recommend them for any size project.
